Tournament Ghosting Tour I - Round 2

Requesting an extension for Mahooligans vs. To be determined at a later date (or never)

We have found that the best time for us is Tuesday 6.30pm gmt-4 so an extension that covers this would be highly appreciated
 
Activity Win Request
Looking to claim as our opponent simply didn't make an effort to pick a time and still hasn't and its around 5 hours out of the deadline. My team can't just play at any given minute and this was super inconsiderate of time and while yes we offered a time that time is an hour before the deadline and with no response I rather not risk not submitting anything. Attached is our repeated attempt to schedule with only one response from the other team, with no given time just a date, and no further response. I think this enough grounds to get the activity win with no coinflip as I also checked in with mods to make sure I was being fair.

Contesting this. While we were all unfortunately busy this week, we did reach out and say we were fine all of sunday. Realized we never sent confirmation and hour prior to the suggested time did so, only to be told they submitted for an activity win.

My team saw the lack of effort in responding and scheduling, it is awfully convenient that they 'had it typed out but never sent'. If you want to look at the history of our team I always made several repeated efforts with all opponents to make sure we got a time down, it isn't my teams job to babysit another team. We submitted a claim because it is unfair to be so poor at scheduling and also assume that you are the only people busy. Everyone on my team works full time jobs and has a life outside of mons yet we constantly make an effort to make sure that we get a time down. We aren't gonna all sit idly by our computers 24/7 waiting for another team. They gave us a response on a time 1.5 hours prior to deadline which was also 4 hours after we submitted the claim. We also submitted the claim early after checking in with mods because we didn't want to get finessed into a ffl which is 100% reasonable and a valid concern. I reached out on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday (twice on Saturday to get a set time as i said). After that my team has no obligation to babysit on their laptops and wait for a response, especially so close to deadline.
