I am constantly coming up with new teams, and the ones I've done recently really seem like something I can be proud of (especially my pseudo-Hail team, which I may post up here another time). But this one, I am not so sure of (as a note, since this is my first RMT--most of mine are fairly stable). In fact, less than half the team isn't gimmicky in the least; I feel as if I could take two thirds away, and use each third and base a team around both. However, when you consider what Spiritomb would be like even sturdier physically and able to pose a threat, or how a Sunny Day-less Exeggutor would fare, I wanted to give this a try...

Pretty much standard. May exchange FB for 'Thrower, since I've had it fail me consecutively. Leading with it because I don't use a spinner here.

Adamant Ne'er-do-well @ 4 HP / 252 ATK / 252 SPE
-Wood Hammer
-Thief
-Explosion

I guess you could say that this is a "what the hell" kind of set, pure gimmick. Thief is key here, but often enough I have to detonate him before I have the chance. I didn't want to have two beamers, so he's not taking full potential of the sun (but it is something I'll consider). Instead, I maximize the damage capacity of Thief and Explosion in going all-physical. Protect is for snagging lefties, but is largely filler.

Full-on supporter. With Pursuit, what can you expect?

The usual recepient of Umbreon's aid. Sadly, this is as deep as Spiritomb gets on the physical side. But hell--Gyarados gets away with the ReturnDDGyara set. Then again, he actually hits the Steel type. So if one comes on over, I can pretty much just attempt to sleep it and chip away HP (if there are Curses I'm uninterested in losing and I can afford to), otherwise I guess I could try Wisp in place.

Impish Lefty @ 252 HP / 4 ATK / 252 DEF
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Megahorn

The other possible recepient of Umbreon's aid. He has some variety as well as support. Enough said.

Adamant Choice Scarfer @ 40 HP / 252 ATK / 212 SPE

Yet another physical pokemon, flimsy as he may be, notably possessing the team's only Ice move. He's probably too much among the gimmicks; I'm not even sure why I added him, my mind might've just said "Zangoose" for absolutely no reason, but I needed a scarf. I probably should and will change him for a fighter, but... who? :S
About the format, meh it was something I wanted to try (I'll put it normally if need be). So what the hell do you guys think about probably the wonkiest team I ever created?! Am I a mad genius? Or only a genius in my mind? Do I need one less tankly bastard?! TELL ME PLEASE!!!
