[OVERVIEW]
In a tier that is lacking in Ice-types, Glaceon finds a niche with its monstrous power with Choice Specs and its ability to set up with Z-Celebrate. Thanks to Choice Specs, Glaceon is able to OHKO or 2HKO most of the metagame with STAB Blizzard or Ice Beam, including foes that resist it like Combusken and Mawile. Running a Z-Celebrate set instead can make Glaceon a powerful setup sweeper by remedying its subpar Speed and improving its bulk. Unfortunately, Glaceon's defensive typing leaves little to no utility to any team, and the fact that it's susceptible to all forms of entry hazards, especially Stealth Rock, is not helping its case. This is compounded by Glaceon's low Speed, which allows common attackers like Combusken, Silvally-Fighting, and Simisear to outspeed and dispose of it swiftly. Furthermore, Glaceon's limited coverage options harm its effectiveness as a Choice Specs and Z-Celebrate user, since roles like those ideally want to have access to a better coverage movepool. Glaceon also faces competition from other special wallbreakers like Exeggutor and Camerupt for their better typings and coverage moves.

Moves
========
Shadow Ball allows Glaceon 2HKO Bronzor after Stealth Rock damage and provides decent neutral coverage against Fire- and Water-types like Monferno and Pyukumuku. Hidden Power Ground nets big hits on Fire-types like Combusken, Rapidash, and Probopass. Hidden Power Electric is an alternative move that lets Glaceon hit Water-types like Silvally-Water and Poliwrath. Blizzard serves as a high-risk, high-reward move so that Glaceon can lock into its Ice-type coverage while still threatening to 2HKO bulkier Pokemon like Mareanie and Muk.

Set Details
========
A Modest nature is favored here to maximize attacking power, while Snow Cloak is the better ability despite hail being rare.

Usage Tips
========
Glaceon lacks much defensive utility, so bring it in after a KO or via a pivot move like U-turn, Volt Switch, or Parting Shot. In addition, bringing it in on foes that do not immediately endanger it like defensive Golem, Mareanie, and entry hazard setters like Torterra and Sandslash is a great way to utilize its wallbreaking potential. Bulky Water-types like Pyukumuku and specially defensive Mareanie give Glaceon a hard time, since they can easily switch into Ice Beam. Therefore, having them weakened beforehand is ideal for Glaceon to more easily spam Ice Beam. The same applies to Fire-types like Combusken, Rapidash, and Simisear, since all of them naturally outspeed Glaceon and take it down via their STAB moves. Make sure entry hazards like Stealth Rock and Toxic Spikes are off the field because they limit Glaceon's ability to switch in and spam Ice Beam. Special walls like Lickilicky can eat up Glaceon's moves, recover with Wish + Protect, and stall out Glaceon's moves, so having these walls weakened enough to 2HKO puts less stress on Glaceon. Predict switches carefully so Glaceon can weaken or remove Ice Beam switch-ins with its coverage moves. It should also be careful of giving a Pokemon like Z-Mirror Move Swanna or Swords Dance Bouffalant setup opportunities if using Hidden Power Ground or Shadow Ball, respectively.

Team Options
========
Glaceon with Choice Specs is a powerhouse that fits onto offensive teams needing a strong special attacking presence. Since it will need to come in without the risk of damage being done to it, having a pivot like Silvally-Water or Choice Scarf Electivire is useful. Additionally, those two can bring Glaceon in on Grass-types like Torterra and Gourgeist-XL so it can remove them. Water-types like Pyukumuku, Silvally-Water, and Poliwrath can handle Glaceon's moves and then fight back to wear it down. Therefore, a Grass- or Electric-type partner like Simisage or Raichu helps to wear them down or remove them from the equation and make Glaceon's job easier. Entry hazard removal is essential for Glaceon to function properly by limiting residual damage. Partners like Swanna, Rotom-S, and Sandslash can clear them with Defog or Rapid Spin and pave the way for Glaceon to do its job. Another notable partner is Mareanie, which has a double purpose in absorbing Toxic Spikes and functioning as a Fighting- and Fire-type check to the likes of Combusken, Silvally-Fighting, and Rapidash. Since special walls are going to be a problem for Glaceon, having a physical wallbreaking partner like Choice Band Komala, Swords Dance Bouffalant, or Choice Band Golem is good, since they all have little to no issue taking down the special walls in the tier like Lickilicky, Dusclops, and Muk.

Moves
========
Celebrate is a one-time setup move thanks to Normalium Z. Shadow Ball allows Glaceon to reliably hit walls like Bronzor and Dusclops. Hidden Power Ground deals decent damage to Mareanie, Mawile, and Monferno and, after the Celebrate boost, can potentially OHKO them. Alternatively, Hidden Power Electric allows Glaceon to nail Water-type switch-ins like Mareanie, Silvally-Water, and Poliwrath.

Set Details
========
A Timid nature is preferred over Modest for the extra Speed boost to sweep mid- to late-game. The Speed increase also allows +1 Glaceon to outspeed Raichu, Floatzel, and Choice Scarf Toucannon.

Usage Tips
========
Keeping Glaceon healthy and away from entry hazards like Stealth Rock is a must so it can sweep. Although Choice Scarf users like Electivire outspeed Glaceon after it uses Z-Celebrate, preserving its bulk means that it can tank attacks. It should still be mindful of faster threats on the opposing team before using Z-Celebrate, however. Fire-types like Combusken, Rapidash, and Simisear threaten Glaceon and prevent it from setting up, so be sure to remove them before attempting to sweep if Glaceon lacks Hidden Power Ground. In addition, Fighting-types like Combusken, offensive Silvally-Fighting, and specially defensive Machoke all threaten Glaceon and can prevent it from setting up. Severely weakening these threats before attempting to sweep is critical. Special walls and bulky Water-types like Lickilicky, Assault Vest Kecleon, Mareanie, and Pyukumuku will prevent Glaceon its sweeping and must be removed or severely weakened before Glaceon uses its Z-Move. Glaceon can afford to set up on stronger but slower attackers like Torterra and Marowak thanks to the added bulk from Z-Celebrate; this does, however, make it more vulnerable to Choice Scarf and priority users in the process. Because Glaceon only has one opportunity to set up, the best time to sweep is late-game when all the aforementioned threats are gone. It is also wise to use Z-Celebrate on a Pokemon that Glaceon sends running like Gourgeist-XL, Torterra, or Altaria.

Team Options
========
Since Glaceon is going to want to come in safely, U-turn or Volt Switch users like Silvally-Water, Electivire, and Rotom-S can bring it in safely. Glaceon can take out Grass-types for Silvally-Water and deals with Ground-types that annoy Electivire and Rotom-S. Entry hazards will wear down Glaceon and jeopardize its opportunities to rely on its bulk when setting up. Therefore, having a Defogger or spinner like Silvally-Water, Altaria, Sandslash, or Komala can remove said hazards and allow Glaceon a safe switch in. Entry hazard setters like Metang, Crustle, and Mareanie are crucial because after Glaceon sets up, entry hazards provide the chip damage to guarantee OHKOs against Rapidash, Granbull, and Furfrou. While Glaceon does hit a nice amount of Speed after using Z-Celebrate, it still is slower than a few threats like Choice Scarf Electivire and Rapidash. Because of this, having a teammate to deal with the likes of these threats like physically defensive Golem or Sandslash will put less pressure on Glaceon and give it more chances to set up and sweep. Since Fire- and Fighting-types will be putting offensive pressure on Glaceon, having a teammate like Poliwrath, Beheeyem, Mareanie, Kadabra, or Mr. Mime to put the pressure right back on them helps it out greatly. Having an answer to the special walls of the tier is definitely a must. Teammates like Swords Dance Combusken, Choice Band Muk, and Swords Dance Silvally-Fighting can severely damage them or remove them from the equation completely.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============
Glaceon may find itself on hail teams with the support of setters like Amaura to boost the accuracy of Blizzard, but this playstyle is both rare and flawed with the inherent lack of defensive type synergy and utility. Sleep Talk and Frost Breath can work as options on the Choice Specs set, since Sleep Talk allows Glaceon to absorb sleep moves from Jumpluff and Bellossom, while Frost Breath can bypass boosts from Duosion and physically defensive Calm Mind Beheeyem. However, Sleep Talk can be prediction dependent and, if chosen wrong, leaves Glaceon open to being set up on. Frost Breath, while always being a critical hit, is weaker than Ice Beam.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Water-types**: Pokemon like Silvally-Water, Mareanie, Poliwrath, and Pyukumuku will be huge obstacles for Glaceon regardless of which set it's running, since they all take Ice Beam. They need to be wary of the immediate damage from a Hidden Power Electric on the Choice Specs set, however.

**Fire-types**: Combusken, Rapidash, and Simisear threaten Glaceon with their respective STAB Fire-type moves. They need to be cautious about switching into a Glaceon carrying Hidden Power Ground, however.

**Fighting-types**: Threats like Silvally-Fighting, Poliwrath, Monferno, and specially defensive Machoke offensively pressure Glaceon with their STAB moves.

**Residual Damage**: Entry hazards, especially Stealth Rock, and Toxic poison can wear down Glaceon and limit how often it can come in and spam Ice Beam or hinder its ability to sweep with Z-Celebrate.

**Faster Pokemon**: Glaceon's middling Speed and multiple vulnerabilities from its Ice typing mean that many faster attackers like Silvally-Dragon, Raichu, and Electivire have super effective coverage able to revenge kill it.

**Special Walls**: Dusclops, Lickilicky, and even Kecleon can make Glaceon's job tougher by taking any of its moves and restoring HP with Rest, Wish, or Drain Punch. Dusclops can't reliably take multiple Shadow Balls, though.

[OVERVIEW]
  • For a tier that is lacking in Ice-types, Glaceon finds itself to be a nice Ice-type wallbreaker in ZU with its offensive typing, attacking monstrous power with Choice Specs (remove comma) and access to its ability to setup with Z-Celebrate.
  • Thanks to Choice Specs, Glaceon's damage output goes through the roof and it is able to OHKO or 2HKO most of the metagame with a STAB Ice Beam, including foes that resist it. Mention how Glaceon's coverage also help it break through Ice-type switch-ins
  • Running a Z-Celebrate set can also make it a powerful set up sweeper with some decent coverage moves in Shadow Ball and Hidden Power Ground or Hidden Power Electric, which allows it to break through checks to it like Bronzor, Combusken, and Silvally-Water. This states facts and is too specific for the overview. Instead, this line should state why Z-Celebrate is worth using; the boosts from Z-Celebrate help remedy Glaceon's Speed, makes it more difficult to revenge kill, and unlike with Choice Specs, enables Glaceon to switch up moves
  • As a Choice Specs user, it does face some tough competition in Beheeyem which can beat Bronzor by the same means with Shadow Ball and functions as a Fighting-type check as well. This point is not really relevant since like you say in the first point, the tier lacks Ice-types. While there are other special breakers like Specs Bem, Specs Eggy, and Specs Simisear, Glaceon sets itself apart enough because of its typing and the lack of Ice-type reliable Ice-type resists in the meta
  • Glaceon's defensive typing leaves it offering little to no defensive utility to any team, and the fact that it's susceptible to all forms of entry hazards, especially Stealth Rock, is not helping its case. Its bulk is rather lackluster all around and this can end up hurting it more than helping it since it gets outsped by many Pokemon in the metagame and gets hit first before it has a chance to do something productive.
Make an additional point on how Glaceon's limited coverage hinders it

Moves
========
  • Ice Beam is the STAB move of choice which allows Glaceon to 2HKO Assault Vest Kecleon and Assault Vest Bouffalant. Fluff
  • Shadow Ball allows Glaceon 2HKO Bronzor after Stealth Rock damage and provides decent neutral coverage against Fire- and Water-types such as....
  • Hidden Power Ground allows Glaceon to net big hits on Fire-types like Combusken, Rapidash, and Simisear. It also has a chance to OHKO physically defensive Mareanie after it is slightly weakened Stealth Rock damage. only a 37.5% chance to OHKO after rocks, slightly weakened works better here
  • Hidden Power Electric is an alternative move that lets Glaceon hit Water-types like Silvally-Water and Poliwrath.
  • Blizzard is a stronger STAB than Ice Beam that can 2HKO Lickilicky after Stealth Rock damage. Fluff

Set Details
========
  • A Modest nature is favored here to maximize the attacking power of the Choice Specs while Snow Cloak is the better ability over Ice Body despite hail being rare.

Usage Tips
========
  • Glaceon is very fragile when it comes to its defensive typing and bulk, so bringing it in via a pivot like U-turn, Volt Switch, or Parting Shot should be the primary, if not only, way of doing so. or after a KO. In addition, bringing it in on foes which are weak on the specially defensive side like Golem after some chip damage, Gourgeist-XL, and Torterra is a great way to utilize its wallbreaking potential.
  • Bulky Water-types like Pyukumuku, Poliwrath, (remove commas) and specially defensive Mareanie give Glaceon a hard time since they can come in and take an Ice Beam with little to no issues easily switch into Ice Beam. (removed Poliwrath because it takes 34-40 and lacks reliable recovery) Therefore, having them weakened beforehand is ideal for Glaceon to take them out either on a switch in or just in general spam Ice Beam more easily. (more concise) The same could be said for the few applies to Fire-types that are around like such as Combusken, Rapidash, and Simisear, (AC) since all of them naturally outspeed Glaceon and take it down via their respective STAB moves.
  • Since Stealth Rock is a problem for Glaceon given it takes one quarter of its HP upon coming in (fluff), limiting the number of times of it switching in is vital as well as keeping Stealth Rock off of the field so it can come in with minimal risk. It is also important to note that switching it into a potential attack should never be attempted so as to preserve its lifespan and thus, wallbreaking opportunities. In addition to Stealth Rock, Toxic Spikes from the likes of Mareanie also wear it down over time if not absorbed. Therefore, keeping Glaceon away from said hazard before bringing it in would be very wise to preserve its longevity. The point about entry hazards and limited switch-in opportunities can be heavily condensed by saying something like "make sure entry hazards such as Stealth Rock and Toxic Spikes are off the field because they limit Glaceon's ability to switch in and spam Ice Beam"
  • Specially defensive walls like Lickilicky and Dusclops can eat up Glaceon's moves and then recover that HP right back with Wish + Protect or Rest and can stall out Glaceon's moves, so having these walls weakened enough to the point where they can be taken down with a 2HKO puts less stress on Glaceon.
Mention how Glaceon should predict switch-ins and use the appropriate coverage move so that it can remove or weaken Ice Beam switch-ins

Team Options
========
  • Glaceon with Choice Specs is just a powerhouse with incredible breaking power, and because of this, fits onto offensive teams needing a strong special attacking presence.
  • Since it will need to come in safely without the risk of damage done to it, having a pivot like Silvally-Water or Choice Scarf Electivire make great partners for it since U-turn or Volt Switch on a Grass-type like Gourgeist-XL or Torterra (swap these examples around, parallel structure --> U-turn for Tort and VSwitch for Gourg) can occur here while Glaceon can remove these threats for its teammates.
  • Water-types like Pyukumuku, Silvally-Water, and Poliwrath can all resist or eat up Glaceon's moves and then fight back to wear it down. Therefore, having a Grass-type or Electric-type partner like Gourgeist-XL with Seed Bomb Simisage or the previously mentioned Electivire can wear them down or remove them from the equation and make Glaceon's job easier. Seed Bomb Gourg-XL is rare
  • Entry hazard removal is essential for Glaceon to function properly so as to limit such residual damage. Partners like Swanna, Rotom-S, and Sandslash can either Defog or Rapid Spin them away and pave the way for Glaceon to do its job. Another notable partner is Mareanie which has a double purpose being that it can absorb Toxic Spikes, and function as a Fighting check from the likes of Combusken, Silvally-Fighting, and Machoke.
  • Since special walls are going to be a problem for Glaceon, having a physical wallbreaking partner like Choice Band Komala, Swords Dance Bouffalant, or Choice Band Golem all have little to no issue taking down the special walls in the tier like Lickilicky, Dusclops, and Muk.

Moves
========
  • Celebrate, when used with Normalium Z, boosts Glaceon's stats. In particular, this gives an extra boost to its Special Attack, which unlike Choice Specs, gives Glaceon move freedom while keeping the attack boost.
  • Ice Beam is the STAB move of choice to hit whatever doesn't resist it very hard.
  • Shadow Ball allows Glaceon to reliably hit threats like Bronzor and Dusclops.
  • Hidden Power Ground deals decent damage to Combusken, Rapidash, Simisear, and after the Celebrate boost, OHKOs Mawile and Pawniard.
  • Alternatively, Hidden Power Electric allows Glaceon to nail the Water-types like Mareanie, Silvally-Water, and Poliwrath that can switch into Glaceon.

Set Details
========
  • Normalium Z is required for Celebrate to do its job and give Glaceon stat boosts while a Timid nature is preferred over a Modest nature for the extra Speed boost to sweep mid to late game. Mention something notable it outspeeds at +1

Usage Tips
========
  • This set is a set up sweeping set for Glaceon and because of this, keeping it healthy and away from entry hazards like Stealth Rock is a must. Therefore, when bringing it in safely via U-turn or Volt Switch, it should be when there's no entry hazards on the field so as to minimize the residual damage on it.
  • Although Choice Scarf users like Electivire outspeed Glaceon after it uses Z-Celebrate, it can still tank attacks if it's healthy enough to do so, but it should still be mindful of faster threats on the opposing team before using Z-Celebrate.
  • Special walls like Lickilicky, Assault Vest Kecleon, and Pyukumuku will prevent Glaceon from doing its sweeping job and must be removed or severely weakened before Glaceon uses its Z-move.
  • Given that all the Fire-types in the ZU tier like Combusken, Simisear, and Rapidash all outspeed Glaceon by default, with the exception of Combusken requiring one Speed Boost to do so, they all pose problems for it. Especially if Glaceon is not carrying Hidden Power Ground. Therefore, having those threats weakened or disposed of before Glaceon does anything productive should be something to keep in mind. This whole point should be condensed and made more concise because there is a lot of fluff. Can rewrite the point to something like "Fire-types such as (examples) threaten Glaceon and prevent it from setting up, so be sure to remove them before attempting to sweep."
  • While in short supply, Fighting-types like Combusken, offensive Silvally-Fighting, and Poliwrath also either outspeed Glaceon by default or take hits from Glaceon, so the same rules applies here.Timid Glaceon outspeeds all common Poliwrath. Can adjust this whole point to something like "Fighting-types such as (examples) threaten Glaceon and can prevent it from setting up
You do a good job of describing necessary conditions for Glaceon properly sweep. However, in general the usage tips don't really mention how Glaceon should setup and when. I think the first points should merge the general conditions (such as removing faster threats/Fire-types/Fighting-types and weakening special walls and bulky waters) and then you go on about when Glaceon should setup (for example, using Z-Celebrate in the late-game against Pokemon it forces out).

Team Options
========
  • Since Glaceon is going to want to come in safely, U-turn or Volt Switch users like Silvally-Water, Electivire, or Rotom-S can bring it in safely. Glaceon can take out Grass-types for Silvally-Water while it deals with Ground-types that annoy Electivire and Rotom-S.
  • Entry hazards will wear down Glaceon over time and for a set up sweeper, that is bad news. Therefore, having a defogger or rapid spinner like the aforementioned Silvally-Water, Altaria, Sandslash, and Komala can remove said hazards and allow Glaceon a safe switch in. Mareanie is also notable here for absorbing Toxic Spikes as well as being a nice Fire- and Fighting-type resistance for Glaceon.
  • While Glaceon does hit a nice amount of Speed after using Z-Celebrate, it still gets outsped by a few threats like Choice Scarf Electivire and Choice Scarf Rapidash. Because of this, having a teammate to deal with the likes of these threats like physically defensive Golem or (remove comma) Sandslash, or even Choice Scarf Electivire will put less pressure on Glaceon and give it more chances to set up and sweep. Not ideal to have Scarf Evire as an example since Scarf Rap outspeeds and it speed ties with opposing Scarf Evires
  • Since Fire- and Fighting-types will be putting offensive pressure on Glaceon, having a teammate like Poliwrath, Beheeyem, the aforementioned Mareanie, Kadabra, and Mr. Mime to put the pressure right back on them helps it out greatly.
  • Having an answer to the special walls of the tier is definitely a must. Teammates like Swords Dance Combusken, Choice Band Komala, and Choice Band Golem can severely damage them or remove them from the equation completely. Switch up these examples they were used in the team options of the specs set
  • The possibility of Glaceon being worn down is more likely as the battle goes on, so having a teammate like the aforementioned Mr. Mime or specially defensive Komala for Healing Wish or Wish support can extend its longevity and give it a second chance. Mr. Mime is more notable since it can take the Fighting-type moves that threaten Glaceon. Wish Komala is not really an ideal partner since Z-Celebrate Glaceon is mainly used on offense and unlike specs, does not switch in frequently and is supposed to stay healthy for a late-game sweep. Can mention HW mime in the point where mime is mentioned.

**Fire-types**: Combusken, Rapidash, Simisear, and even Camerupt can all threaten Glaceon with their respective STAB Fire-type moves. They all need to be cautious about Glaceon carrying Hidden Power Ground, however. Camel is outsped and Glaceon is never switching into it

**Residual Damage**: Entry hazards, especially Stealth Rock as well as Toxic poison, can wear down Glaceon fast to the point where it doesn't have enough time to do anything productive. [SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========
  • Celebrate, when used with Normalium Z, boosts Glaceon's stats. In particular, this gives an extra boost to its Special Attack, which unlike Choice Specs, gives Glaceon move freedom while keeping the attack boost.

Set Details
========
  • Normalium Z is required for Celebrate to do its job and give Glaceon stat boosts while a Timid nature is preferred over a Modest nature for the extra Speed boost to sweep mid to late game. The Speed increase it gets will allow Glaceon to outspeed and OHKO Z-Focus Blast Raichu which would otherwise take it out.

Usage Tips
========
  • Fire-types like Combusken, Rapidash, and Simisear threaten Glaceon and prevent it from setting up, so be sure to remove them before attempting to sweep. In addition, Fighting-types like Combusken, offensive Silvally-Fighting, and specially defensive Machoke all threaten Glaceon and can prevent it from setting up. Severely weakening these threats before attempting to sweep is critical.
  • Special walls like Lickilicky, Assault Vest Kecleon, and Pyukumuku will prevent Glaceon from doing its sweeping job and must be removed or severely weakened before Glaceon uses its Z-move. Bulky Water-types like Silvally-Water, Pyukumuku, and specially defensive Mareanie are also annoying for Glaceon and must be either removed or severely weakened before Glaceon starts sweeping.
  • The best time to set up to sweep is late-game when all the aforementioned threats are gone. It is also wise to use Z-Celebrate on a Pokemon that Glaceon sends running like Gourgeist-XL, Swanna, and Altaria. Replace Swanna with something else since Supersonic Skystrike blow Glaceon back and LO Scald/Hurricane does hefty damage
Team Options
========
  • Entry hazards will wear down Glaceon over time.
Because of this, having a teammate to deal with the likes of these threats like physically defensive Golem or Sandslash will put less pressure on Glaceon and give it more chances to set up and sweep.
  • Since Fire- and Fighting-types will be putting offensive pressure on Glaceon, having a teammate like Poliwrath, Beheeyem, Mareanie, Kadabra, and Mr. Mime to put the pressure right back on them helps it out greatly.
  • Having an answer to the special walls of the tier is definitely a must. Teammates like special attacking SD Combusken, Choice Band Muk, and Swords Dance Silvally-Fighting can severely damage them or remove them from the equation completely.
  • The possibility of Glaceon being worn down is more likely as the battle goes on, so having a teammate like the aforementioned Mr. Mime for Healing Wish support can extend its longevity and give it a second chance.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Water-types**: Pokemon like Silvally-Water, Mareanie, Poliwrath, and Pyukumuku will be huge obstacle for Glaceon regardless of which set it's running since they all comfortably take an Ice Beam. They all need to be weary of the immediate damage from a Hidden Power Electric on the Choice Specs set.

**Fire-types**: Combusken, Rapidash, and Simisear all threaten Glaceon with their respective STAB Fire-type moves. They all need to be cautious about Glaceon carrying Hidden Power Ground, however.

**Fighting-types**: Threats like Silvally-Fighting, Poliwrath, Monferno, and specially defensive Machoke all offensively pressure Glaceon with their STAB moves and send it running.

**Residual Damage**: Entry hazards, especially Stealth Rock as well as Toxic poison, can wear down Glaceon and limit how often it can come in and spam Ice Beam or hinder its ability to sweep with Z-Celebrate.

[OVERVIEW]
  • For a tier that is lacking in Ice-types, Glaceon finds itself to be a nice Ice-type wallbreaker in ZU with its monstrous power with Choice Specs and its ability to set up with Z-Celebrate.
  • Thanks to Choice Specs, Glaceon's damage output goes through the roof and it is able to OHKO or 2HKO most of the metagame with a STAB Blizzard and Ice Beam, including foes that resist it like Combusken and Mawile. (Ice Beam cannot 1HKO that many mons that are resisted to it, but Blizzard can like busken and offensive mawile. Just adding these examples to correlate between the 1 and 2hkos.)
  • Running a Z-Celebrate set can also make it a powerful set up sweeper by helping to remedy Glaceon's subpar Speed, make it more difficult to revenge kill, and it doesn't lock Glaceon into one move. (This compares it too much with the previous set, try mentioning a quality more inherent to this set like surviving more attacks once setting up).
  • Glaceon's defensive typing leaves it offering little to no defensive utility to any team, and the fact that it's susceptible to all forms of entry hazards, especially Stealth Rock, is not helping its case. Glaceon's low Speed is also bad for its typing, which allows common checks to it like Combusken, Silvally-Fighting, and Simisear to outspeed it and dispose of it swiftly.
  • While it does have some coverage moves, it is limited and this hinders it. It limits Glaceon's effectiveness as a Choice Specs user and user of Z-Celebrate since roles like those ideally want to have access to a better coverage movepool.
  • (Mention here that Glaceon has tough competition from other special wallbreakers like Exeggutor and Camerupt for their better typings and coverage, making them more justifiable to fit on teams)

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========
  • Shadow Ball allows Glaceon 2HKO Bronzor after Stealth Rock damage and provides decent neutral coverage against Fire- and Water-types like Monferno and Pyukumuku.
  • Hidden Power Ground allows Glaceon to net big hits on Fire-types like Combusken, Rapidash, and Simisear. It also has a chance to OHKO physically defensive Mareanie after it is slightly weakened. (This is somewhat irrelevant as even Glaceon's Ice Beam can 2HKO, and the alternative HP Elect does the same. This point is justified enough with the Fire coverage line, and you can remove this sentence)
  • Hidden Power Electric is an alternative move that lets Glaceon hit Water-types like Silvally-Water and Poliwrath.
  • (Blizzard should be mentioned as a high risk high reward option so that Glaceon can lock into its Ice coverage while still threatening a 2HKO on bulkier Pokemon like Mareanie and Muk.

Set Details
========
  • A Modest nature is favored here to maximize the attacking power of the Choice Specs while Snow Cloak is the better ability over Ice Body despite hail being rare.

Usage Tips
========
  • Glaceon is very fragile when it comes to its defensive typing and bulk, so bring it in via a pivot like U-turn, Volt Switch, or Parting Shot or after a KO. In addition, bringing it in on foes like Golem, Gourgeist-XL, and Torterra is a great way to utilize its wallbreaking potential. (I dont really get this last sentence and how it relates to the first; does Golem and Tort have a hard time punishing Glaceon when it switches in? I get the Gourg point, but I'd start a new bullet point instead with this idea:)
  • (Say here that glace can afford to switch in on non-threatening walls like Gourg and Mare, or on entry hazard setters like Torterra and Sandslash that do not immediately endanger Glace when healthy (Golem can Stone Edge and sucker glace when it tries to switch in, but these aformentioned two are fine)).
  • Bulky Water-types like Pyukumuku and specially defensive Mareanie give Glaceon a hard time since they can easily switch into Ice Beam. Therefore, having them weakened beforehand is ideal for Glaceon to spam Ice Beam more easily. The same applies to Fire-types like Combusken, Rapidash, and Simisear, since all of them naturally outspeed Glaceon and take it down via their STAB moves.
  • Make sure entry hazards like Stealth Rock and Toxic Spikes are off the field because they limit Glaceon's ability to switch in and spam Ice Beam.
  • Specially defensive walls like Lickilicky can eat up Glaceon's moves and then recover that HP right back with Wish + Protect and can stall out Glaceon's moves, so having these walls weakened enough to the point where they can be taken down with a 2HKO puts less stress on Glaceon.
  • Glaceon needs to predict switch-ins carefully so that it can use the appropriate coverage move to remove or weaken Ice Beam switch-ins and make its job easier. It should also be careful of giving Pokemon like Z-Mirror Move Swanna or Swords Dance Bouffalant setup opportunities if using Hidden Power Ground or Shadow Ball, respectively.

Team Options
========
  • Glaceon with Choice Specs is just a powerhouse with incredible breaking power, and because of this, fits onto offensive teams needing a strong special attacking presence.
  • Since it will need to come in safely without the risk of damage done to it, having a pivot like Silvally-Water or Choice Scarf Electivire make great partners for it since U-turn or Volt Switch on a Grass-type like Torterra or Gourgeist-XL can occur here while Glaceon can remove these threats for its teammates.
  • Water-types like Pyukumuku, Silvally-Water, and Poliwrath can all resist or eat up Glaceon's moves and then fight back to wear it down. Therefore, having a Grass-type or Electric-type partner like Simisage or the previously mentioned Electivire Raichu (just another example rather than repeating) can wear them down or remove them from the equation and make Glaceon's job easier.
  • Entry hazard removal is essential for Glaceon to function properly so as to limit such residual damage. Partners like Swanna, Rotom-S, and Sandslash can either Defog or Rapid Spin them away and pave the way for Glaceon to do its job. Another notable partner is Mareanie which has a double purpose being that it can absorb Toxic Spikes, and function as a Fighting- and Fire-type check from the likes of Combusken, Silvally-Fighting, and Rapidash.

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========
  • Celebrate, when used with Normalium Z, boosts Glaceon's stats. In particular, this gives an extra boost to its Special Attack, which unlike Choice Specs, gives Glaceon move freedom while keeping the attack boost. (A little wordy and fluffy. Try to reword this to one sentence to say that Celebrate offers a one-time setup chance for Glaceon thanks to its Normalium Z, and don't go into detail about the stat buffs)
  • Shadow Ball allows Glaceon to reliably hit threats walls like Bronzor and Dusclops.
  • Hidden Power Ground deals decent damage to Combusken, Rapidash, Simisear, Mareanie, Mawile, and Monferno, and after the Celebrate boost, can potentially OHKOs Mawile and Pawniard. (Those were the three examples you used last time, so I added new examples that fit the sentiment).
  • Alternatively, Hidden Power Electric allows Glaceon to nail the Water-types like Mareanie, Silvally-Water, and Poliwrath that can switch into Glaceon.

Set Details
========
  • Normalium Z is required for Celebrate to do its job and give Glaceon stat boosts while a Timid nature is preferred over a Modest nature for the extra Speed boost to sweep mid to late game. The Speed increase it gets will allow Glaceon to outspeed and OHKO Z-Focus Blast Raichu, Floatzel, and Choice Scarf Toucannon which would otherwise take it out. (The Raichu calc isnt true; a Modest Glaceon after the Z-Celebrate lives the Z-Focus Blast thanks to the +1 SpD, so it wouldn't take it out after setting up. Just mention that it can outspeed these faster mons)

Usage Tips
========
(This part isn't emphasizing why the setup set needs its bulk, but your second point does. So we can just make the transition to it better and remove this part.)
  • Although Choice Scarf users like Electivire outspeed Glaceon after it uses Z-Celebrate, preserving Glaceon's bulk means that it can still tank attacks. if it's healthy enough to do so, but it It should still be mindful of faster threats on the opposing team before using Z-Celebrate.
  • Fire-types like Combusken, Rapidash, and Simisear threaten Glaceon and prevent it from setting up, so be sure to remove them before attempting to sweep without Hidden Power Ground (this point isn't relevent to the HP ground sets because so long as Glace has an oppertunity to setup, it will sweep past and outspeed these mons at +1).
(Isn't this last point essentially the same as before? Try combining this as "bulky Water-types and special walls like Mareanie, Pyukmuku, Likci, and Keckleon" instead of two sentences).
  • (Mention that Glaceon can afford to setup on stronger but slower attackers like Torterra and Marowack thanks to the added bulk from Z-Celebrate; this does however make it more vulnerable to enemy Choice Scarf and priority users in the process, though)
  • Because Glaceon only has one opportunity to setup, the best time to set up to sweep is late-game when all the aforementioned threats are gone. It is also wise to use Z-Celebrate on a Pokemon that Glaceon sends running like Gourgeist-XL, Torterra, and Altaria.
Team Options
========
  • Entry hazards will wear down Glaceon over time and jeopardize its opportunities to rely on its bulk when setting up (this Glaceon set isn't trying to switch in a lot, as its being described as a late game sweeper. This clarifies that point). (This is the same point as before. If you want to keep it, add "Toxic Spikes absorber" after rapid spinner and add Mareanie to the list).
  • (Mention entry hazard setters like Metang, Crustle, and Mareanie are crucial as after Glaceon sets up, entry hazards provide the chip damage to guarantee 1HKOs against Rapidash, Granbul, 4Furfrou, and more)
  • While Glaceon does hit a nice amount of Speed after using Z-Celebrate, it still gets outsped by is slower than a few Choice Scarf threats like Choice Scarf Electivire and Choice Scarf Rapidash.
Teammates like Swords Dance Combusken, Choice Band Muk, and Swords Dance Silvally-Fighting can severely damage them or remove them from the equation completely.
  • The possibility of Glaceon being worn down is more likely as the battle goes on, so having a teammate like the aforementioned Mr. Mime for Healing Wish support can extend its longevity and give it a second chance. (Again, Glaceon was never described as a revenge killer in the usage tips, so its not being worn down over battle. Delete this point).

(Mention faster pokemon, as Glaceon's middling speed and multiple vulnerabilites from its Ice typing means that many faster attackers like Silvally-Dragon, Raichu, and Electavire all have super-effective coverage able to revenge kill it)

(Earlier you mentioned special defensive walls that prevent Glaceon from sweeping or wallbreaking. Dusclops, Lickiliky, and Keckleon can all deter the effectability of Glaceon's sets)

**Fire-types**: Combusken, Rapidash, and Simisear all threaten Glaceon with their respective STAB Fire-type moves. They all need to be cautious about switching into a Glaceon carrying Hidden Power Ground, however.

**Faster Pokemon**: Glaceon's middling Speed and multiple vulnerabilities from its Ice-typing means that many faster attackers like Silvally-Dragon, Raichu, and Electivire all have super-effective coverage able to revenge kill it.

**Special Walls**: Dusclops, Lickilicky, and even Kecleon can make Glaceon's job tougher by eating up any of its moves and can restore HP right back with Rest, Wish, or Drain Punch, respectively. Dusclops doesnt eat Shadow Ball all that well.

[OVERVIEW]

For a tier that is lacking in Ice-types, Glaceon finds itself to be a nice (tbh this mon sounds like trash given the overview. do you mean niche?)Ice-type wallbreaker in ZU with its monstrous power with Choice Specs and its ability to set up with Z-Celebrate. Thanks to Choice Specs, Glaceon's damage output goes through the roof,(AC) and it is able to OHKO or 2HKO most of the metagame with a STAB Blizzard and or Ice Beam, including foes that resist it like Combusken and Mawile. Running a Z-Celebrate set can also make it Glaceon a powerful setup(spacing) sweeper by helping to remedy Glaceon's its subpar Speed, make making it more difficult to revenge kill (RC) and it also allows Glaceon allowing it to survive more hits once it has set up (implied). Unfortunately,(AC)Glaceon's defensive typing leaves it offering little to no defensive utility to any team, and the fact that it's susceptible to all forms of entry hazards, especially Stealth Rock, is not helping its case. Glaceon's low Speed is also bad for its typing This is compounded by Glaceon's low Speed (less awkward ig), which allows common checks to it like Combusken, Silvally-Fighting, and Simisear to outspeed it and dispose of it swiftly. While it does have some coverage moves, it is limited and this hinders it. It limits Glaceon's Furthermore, Glaceon's limited coverage options harm its effectiveness as a Choice Specs user and user of Z-Celebrate user,(AC) since roles like those ideally want to have access to a better coverage movepool. Glaceon does face also faces competition from other special wallbreakers like Exeggutor and Camerupt for their better typings and coverage moves and thus, makes,(AC) thus making them more justifiable to fit on teams.

Shadow Ball allows Glaceon 2HKO Bronzor after Stealth Rock damage and provides decent neutral coverage against Fire- and Water-types like Monferno and Pyukumuku. Hidden Power Ground allows Glaceon to net big hits on Fire-types like Combusken, Rapidash, and Probopass. Hidden Power Electric is an alternative move that lets Glaceon hit Water-types like Silvally-Water and Poliwrath. Blizzard serves as a high risk high reward high-risk, high-reward move so that Glaceon can lock into its Ice-type coverage while still threatening a 2HKO on bulkier Pokemon like Mareanie and Muk.

Set Details
========

A Modest nature is favored here to maximize the attacking power of the Choice Specs,(AC) while Snow Cloak is the better ability over Ice Body despite hail being rare.

Usage Tips
========

Glaceon is very fragile when it comes to its defensive typing and bulk lacks much defensive utility, so bring it in via a pivot move like U-turn, Volt Switch, or Parting Shot or after a KO. In addition to the previously mentioned slow pivot, bringing it in on foes like defensive Golem, Mareanie, or on and entry hazard setters like Torterra and Sandslash that do not immediately endanger Glaceon it when healthy is a great way to utilize its wallbreaking potential. Bulky Water-types like Pyukumuku and specially defensive Mareanie give Glaceon a hard time,(AC) since they can easily switch into Ice Beam. Therefore, having them weakened beforehand is ideal for Glaceon to more easily spam Ice Beam more easily. Specially defensive Special walls like Lickilicky can eat up Glaceon's moves and then,(AC) recover that HP right back with Wish + Protect,(AC) and can stall out Glaceon's moves, so having these walls weakened enough to the point where they can be taken down with a 2HKO puts less stress on Glaceon. Glaceon needs to predict switch-ins carefully so that it can use the appropriate coverage move to remove or weaken Ice Beam switch-ins and make its job easier. Predict switches carefully so Glaceon can weaken or remove Ice Beam switch-ins with its coverage moves. (this sentence was hard to read; this change fixes that) It should also be careful of giving a Pokemon like Z-Mirror Move Swanna or Swords Dance Bouffalant setup opportunities if using Hidden Power Ground or Shadow Ball, respectively.

Team Options
========

Glaceon with Choice Specs is just a powerhouse with incredible breaking power;(comma -> semicolon) and because of this, it fits onto offensive teams needing a strong,(AC) special attacking presence. Since it will need to come in safely without the risk of damage being done to it, having a pivot like Silvally-Water or Choice Scarf Electivire make great partners for it since U-turn or Volt Switch on a Grass-type like Torterra or Gourgeist-XL can occur here while Glaceon can remove these threats for its teammates is useful. Additionally, these two can bring Glaceon in on Grass-types like Torterra and Gourgeist-XL so it can remove them. Water-types like Pyukumuku, Silvally-Water, and Poliwrath can all resist or eat up Glaceon's moves and then fight back to wear it down. Therefore, having a Grass-type or Electric-type partner like Simisage or Raichu can helps to wear them down or remove them from the equation and make Glaceon's job easier. Entry hazard removal is essential for Glaceon to function properly so as to limit such by limiting residual damage. Partners like Swanna, Rotom-S, and Sandslash can either clear them with Defog or Rapid Spin them away and pave the way for Glaceon to do its job. Another notable partner is Mareanie,(AC) which has a double purpose being that it can absorb in absorbing Toxic Spikes (RC) and function functioning as a Fighting- and Fire-type check from to the likes of Combusken, Silvally-Fighting, and Rapidash.

Celebrate offers is a one-time setup chance for Glaceon move thanks to Normalium Z. (not qc but this sentence feels useless; everyone knows that Z-Celebrate does) Shadow Ball allows Glaceon to reliably hit walls like Bronzor and Dusclops. Hidden Power Ground deals decent damage to Mareanie, Mawile, and Monferno (RC) and,(AC) after the Celebrate boost, can potentially OHKO them. Alternatively, Hidden Power Electric allows Glaceon to nail the Water-types like Mareanie, Silvally-Water, and Poliwrath that can switch into Glaceon.

Set Details
========

Normalium Z is required for Celebrate to do its job and give Glaceon stat boosts,(AC) while a Timid nature is preferred over a Modest nature for the extra Speed boost to sweep mid- to late-game(hyphens). The Speed increase it gets will allow also allows Glaceon to outspeed Raichu, Floatzel, and Choice Scarf Toucannon.

Usage Tips
========

This set is a set up sweeping set for Glaceon and because of this, keeping it Keeping Glaceon healthy and away from entry hazards like Stealth Rock is a must so it can sweep (the earlier bit of this sentence felt verbose/unnecessary). Although Choice Scarf users like Electivire outspeed Glaceon after it uses Z-Celebrate, preserving Glaceon's its bulk means that it can still tank attacks. It should still be mindful of faster threats on the opposing team before using Z-Celebrate,(AC) however. Fire-types like Combusken, Rapidash, and Simisear threaten Glaceon and prevent it from setting up, so be sure to remove them before attempting to sweep without if Glaceon lacks (not really sure what you're going for here? do the Fire-types only prevent Glaceon from setting up if it lacks Hidden Power Ground? if so, I'd move the bit about lacking HP Ground to the front and do something like "If Glaceon lacks Hidden Power Ground, it struggles to deal with Fire-types, so remove them before trying to sweep.") Hidden Power Ground. In addition, Fighting-types like Combusken, offensive Silvally-Fighting, and specially defensive Machoke all threaten Glaceon and can prevent it from setting up. Severely weakening these threats before attempting to sweep is critical. Special walls and bulky Water-types like Lickilicky, Assault Vest Kecleon, Mareanie,(AC) and Pyukumuku will prevent Glaceon from doing its sweeping job and must be removed or severely weakened before Glaceon uses its Z-move Z-Move. Glaceon can afford to set up on stronger but slower attackers like Torterra and Marowak thanks to the added bulk from Z-Celebrate; this does, however, make it more vulnerable to enemy Choice Scarf and priority users in the process, though. Because Glaceon only has one opportunity to set up, the best time to sweep is late-game when all the aforementioned threats are gone. It is also wise to use Z-Celebrate on a Pokemon that Glaceon sends running like Gourgeist-XL, Torterra, and or Altaria.

Team Options
========

Since Glaceon is going to want to come in safely, U-turn or Volt Switch users like Silvally-Water, Electivire, or and Rotom-S can bring it in safely. Glaceon can take out Grass-types for Silvally-Water while it and deals with Ground-types that annoy Electivire and Rotom-S. Entry hazards will wear down Glaceon and jeopardize its opportunities to rely on its bulk when setting up. Therefore, having a defogger Defogger or rapid spinner like the aforementioned Silvally-Water, Altaria, Sandslash, and or Komala can remove said hazards and allow Glaceon a safe switch in. Entry hazard setters like Metang, Crustle, and Mareanie are crucial as because after Glaceon sets up, entry hazards provide the chip damage to guarantee OHKOs against Rapidash, Granbull, and Furfrou. While Glaceon does hit a nice amount of Speed after using Z-Celebrate, it still is slower than a few threats like Choice Scarf threats like Electivire and Rapidash. Because of this, having a teammate to deal with the likes of these threats like physically defensive Golem or Sandslash will put less pressure on Glaceon and give it more chances to set up and sweep. Since Fire- and Fighting-types will be putting offensive pressure on Glaceon, having a teammate like Poliwrath, Beheeyem, Mareanie, Kadabra, and or Mr.

Other Options

Glaceon may find itself on Hail hail teams with the support of setters like Amaura to boost the accuracy of Blizzard, but this playstyle is both rare and flawed with the inherent lack of defensive type synergy and utility. Sleep Talk and Frost Breath can work as options on the Choice Specs set,(AC) since Sleep Talk allows Glaceon to absorb sleep moves from Jumpluff and Bellossom,(AC) while Frost Breath can bypass boosts from Duosion and physically defensive Calm Mind Beheeyem. However, Sleep Talk can be prediction dependent(RH) and,(AC) if chosen wrong, leaves Glaceon open to being set up on. Frost Breath, while always being a critical hit, is low in attack power Base Power, and both Ice Beam and Blizzard just hit harder.
