=== This team is designed for Pokebank OU and it's played by setting up field hazards then switching around as much as possible. This team brought me up about 150 points in the ladder in 35 minutes. ===

Jolteon @ Life Orb
Ability: Volt Absorb
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Volt Switch
- Substitute

Intended to outspeed almost everything. Specifically for handling Talonflame and bulky water types. I chose HP Ice to deal with Mega-Venasaur.

Accelgor @ Focus Sash
Ability: Unburden
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 Atk
Mild Nature
- Bug Buzz
- Spikes
- U-turn
- Giga Drain

This guy is usually my lead and used fairly traditional. Focus Sash/Unburden guarantees two layers of spikes, which are really helpful when I'm shuffling pokemon all the time because my opponent will have to as well ;) Bug Buzz/Giga Drain are just for attacking if I get the chance, which I usually do. Accelgor is often burned though, so I'm thinking of switching the Sash with a Lum Berry.

Zoroark @ Life Orb
Ability: Illusion
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Spd / 196 SAtk / 60 Atk
Naive Nature
- U-turn
- Dark Pulse
- Flamethrower
- Hidden Power [Dragon]

This guy ends up being either the staple of my team or the most easily thrown out, depending on the battle. It provides coverage that the rest of the team doesn't, which contributes to both its unpredictability and utility. He's my primary Excadrill slayer (2HKO).

Forretress @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 Def
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Volt Switch
- Stealth Rock
- Rapid Spin
- Gyro Ball

Forretress maintains its role as a Stealth Rocks thrower/Rapid Spinner. Secondly, it is the only truly bulky pokemon I've chosen to use. Not too much to say about this guy, y'all know how Forretress works.

Hawlucha @ Red Card
Ability: Unburden
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
IVs: 30 Atk / 30 Def
- Acrobatics
- Swords Dance
- U-turn
- Stone Edge

This is one of my favorites. I try to throw him into a sweeper that can't do much damage to him (e.g. Chandelure). Red card allows me to safely Swords Dance and utilize Unburden so I can sweep with Acrobatics (usually at 7% hp LOL). I've chosen Stone Edge because it adds coverage missing from my team but I'm not sure whether or not to switch it with Brick Break.

Mew @ Life Orb
Ability: Synchronize
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Zen Headbutt
- Superpower
- Earthquake
- U-turn

This guy is primarily for deflecting statuses and revenge killing due to its decent bulk (usually comes in from another pokemon's u-turn/volt switch) and high Special Attack. This is also my favorite illusion for Zoroark because it shields him from potential Fairy/Fighting attacks.

...why are you running HP DRAGON on Zoroark? If you really, really want to hit dragon-types you could just run HP Ice or Fairy and get additional coverage.

If you're going to rely on Red Card for shuffling, instead of Red Card on Hawlucha, I recommend running Klefki. Klefki can priority Recycle its Red Card and shuffle more than one Pokemon. However I highly recommend you also include a Whirlwind/Roar/Dragon Tail user. Skarmory could replace your Forretress—it can set up hazards, clear hazards with Defog (which your team might need due to U-turn/Volt Switch) and phaze with Whirlwind, and Taunt if you need it. It fills the same function more effectively.

Eyy I tried out the Skarmory and it doesn't work quite as well for me as Forretress. I'll keep it on a second version of the team for now though! HP Ice works a lot better, obviously. I don't want to replace Hawlucha with Klefki because Accelgor and Forretress already can't KO anything easily so I need the sweeper (considering that's what this team is about anyways).

Thanks for the help!

If Skarmory doesn't work you could try shuffler Dragonite. I haven't tried this out in X/Y but essentially the philosophy was you invest a lot in bulk, force a switch and set up a substitute, then use Thunder Wave and Dragon Tail on the next turn. So you end up paralyzing and racking up hazard damage that way, and I think it would synergize great with your team. So probably a set like Substitute/Roost/Dragon Tail/Thunder Wave and Leftovers.

Hello.
Your descriptions are too short to fit the RMT rules requirements.
I encourage you to PM me an updated version of this team with beefed up descriptions, and since you're new, to join the Mentor Program. I'll be unlocking this thread after that.

Have a nice day.
