Gliscor Assisted Fastlax [GAF][OU RMT]

Introduction:

Snorlax is my favourite pokemon, so I was thinking about how to turn it into a beast wich could kill any pokemon at sight when an idea stroke me: Baton Pass. So I added a Gliscor to do it, and a Azelf for helping Gliscor to do it, then I tried different combinations of the 3 others pokemon of my team and started to have some success.
I post my team now because I need you to make me see the different problems I don't see, and to have other views of my team.
I think I do a lot of wrong decisions in my way of playing since I'm pretty noob in this world.

Azelf @ Light Clay
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/6 Def/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Reflect
- Light Screen
- Stealth Rock
- Explosion

Description: Usually I Light Screen unless I am facing a Physical Attacker, in this case I Reflect, then Light Screen since Light Screen is the most needed Screen that Gliscor needs. I only set up SR if I have a lot of HP left, I don't know if it's wrong. If I'm not dead, I switch to Gliscor and keep my Explosion for later since the Explosion is too expected.
If my oponent started to set up boosts like SD or DD, I Explode after the Light Screen and use Scizor's U-Turn for killing pokemons with Focus Sash then switch to Gliscor.
Against Hypnosis or Spore, I let my Azelf putting to sleep, what means my Gliscor will stay awoken thanks to the Sleep Clause.

Gliscor (M) @ Yache Berry
Ability: Hyper Cutter
EVs: 252 HP/196 SDef/60 Spd
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Rock Polish
- Swords Dance
- Taunt
- Baton Pass

Description: - Rock Polish - or - Taunt any annoying thing, then Rock Polish -. Combination of Screen(s), Speed given by Rock Polish, These EVs, Yache Berry and Taunt let me set up one or two SD before Baton Pass to Snorlax.

Snorlax (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd/4 SDef
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Return
- Earthquake
- Crunch
- Fire Punch

Description: With its natural SpD and Thick Fat, Special Attackers, particularly ice attacks that Gliscor appeals to are completely absorbed by Snorlax, what makes the Baton Pass easy.
With these EVs/nature, After one SD and one Rock Polish, Snorlax outspeed 252 Speed EVs Hasty Infernape and 2HKO Skarmory with Fire Punch *.* but it can't do anything against Scarfed Heracross.
Unboosted it outruns 65 Base Speed Pokemons with small investissement in Speed such as Choice Banded Scizors wich think they can U-Turn safely and are severely hurt by Fire Punch.

Rotom-c @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Thunderbolt
- Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Trick

Description: My weapon against dragons and my only reliable means for revenge killing Salamence before DD.
Useful for switching against 'ready to explode' Bronzong, Metagross... and Earthquake users.

Scizor (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 248 HP/252 Atk/8 Def
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- U-turn
- Bullet Punch
- Superpower
- Pursuit

Description: U-Turn for killing 1HP-pokemon and switch, and for scoutting at the beginning, and it becomes my physical sweeper in the late end. If Gliscor didn't Baton Pass to Snorlax, Snorlax's priority is to take Special hits.

Suicune @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SAtk
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Surf
- Calm Mind
- Roar
- Hidden Power [Electric]

Description: My counter for Gyara. If Gliscor isn't protected by Reflect and Gyara switch in, I baton pass the Rock Polish to Suicune. At the begining it Roar Baton Passer Starters such as Ninjask, in the middle is counters Gyara and is my late end special sweeper.

What do you think about this team ? Perhaps it is a lot 4 Sweepers but it is more effective than the previous version with Jirachi Wisher / Dual Screener instead of Scizor so i don't know what I could change :o

I hope my english isn't too bad :x

While I think it's cool that you use Snorlax as your baton pass receiver, Metagross does it alot better. He has better speed, attack and balanced defenses. He also has Clear Body which means your opponent can't juggle Intimidates with the likes of Salamence / Gyarados to lower your attack raises. With Light Screen up, Gliscor should be able to get off a Rock Polish and at least one Swords Dance. I've used Gliscor with Lucario and Metagross and it is surprisingly easy to pass them +2 speed and attack, plus they both resist Ice, which will inevitably be fired at Gliscor.

Use this as your BP receiver instead

Metagross @ Muscle band
Adamant
Clear Body
40 hp/252 atk/216 speed
-Meteor Mash
-Earthquake
-Thunderpunch
-Zen Headbutt

it's a lot faster than snorlax, enough to outrun +speed scarf 90s after one rock polish is passed to it. clear body prevents intimidate from slashing your attack and resistance to scizor's bullet punch is always a good thing. Zen Headbutt is here to let you cover swampert, zapdos, and the rotom formes all in one move.

Next, you may want to tweak your gliscor's EVs a bit. I suggest using a Timid or Jolly nature with 252 hp/196 sp def/60 speed. this will let you outpace more threats like adamant gyarados before a DD and timid scarfgar after 1 rock polish.

Scizor should not use any speed because in Scizor versus Scizor the slower one will win. The slower Scizor can U-turn second for the switch advantage, and can hit opposing Scizor with Superpower after the opposing Scizor's Superpower has dropped its defense. Move those 8 HP EVs to Defense.

Snorlax too with Thick Fat, and he has good SpD too x)

I just tested your Metagross, it was really fun to kill Gyara as easy and to resist Dragon moves/Explosion but Meteor Mash accuracy was awful. Once both Metagross and Snorlax were boosted, even if the Fastlax doesn't outrun everything, it still outruns a large majority of threats (up to 108 base speed + EVs + nature) and Return is a lot more reliable move than Meteor Mash. The Attack raise given by Meteor Mash isn't very useful here since you should OHKO, I think a reliable move is more adapted to this role.
So I think I'll keep my Snorlax, unless there is a point I didn't catch ?

Done :]
