-A Steel-type Pokemon like Mega Scizor Is a perfect Partner for Gliscor as it can come in and check Pokemon like Weavile,Mamoswine and Mega Metagross and Pursuit Trap them as well as the ability to check wallbreakers like Tapu Lele. It can also check most variants of Tapu Bulu which normally aren’t to worried about what a Gliscor can do.
-A partner like Magnezone is reliable to check Pokemon that Gliscor sometimes finds hard to hit like Skarmory,Celesteela and Ferrothorn.
-A Grass-type is a good teammate for Gliscor because of the fact that it can come in on Water and Grass-types, two types that Gliscor has trouble dealing with. Mega Venusaur is ideal as it can come in on all three types Gliscor has a hard time against thanks to its Thick Fat ability.
-Thundurus is a good partner with access to Prankster Thunder Wave to Cripple Faster Threats and stop setup sweepers like Mega Charizard X and Mega Alakazam.

-Ice Fang could be used to deal with other Gliscor, Zygarde,Garchomp and Salamence as they setup. It can also deal with Landorus-T but besides that it is very weak and not that worthwhile as a move.
