Why this set deserves to be on-site
I use SubPass in one of my BP Teams and it works great as you can sweep after BP setups and keep BP going plus Sub + Ingrain + Aqua Ring + Toxic Orb + Poison Heal = Free Subs as you are always at 100% after setting up a Sub. 88 HP Subs after BP Max Amnesia and Max Acid Armor means Gliscor will be dishing out lots of damage when at Max Stats (Ninjask can BP Max Swords Dance plus Max Speed) while never getting hit making it the ultimate BP User and Sweeper all in one set.
Rock Slide has perfect neutral coverage with Earthquake and deals awesome neutral damage to most (if not all) typical Taunt Users (such as Gliscor, Skarmory and Jellicent) and is super effective to Taunt users who tend to be Flying Types (such as Gyarados); also deals with pokemon who have Levitate or are Flying Types that will be Immune to Earthquake. Shedinja also gets hit who would otherwise wall Gliscor that doesn't have Fire Fang. Finally it hits Dragonite hard before it can take advantage of Extreme Speed or Outrage (even with Dragon Dance).
Additional Comments
Fire Fang over Rock Slide or Earthquake helps against Skarmory, Ferrothorn, Shedinja and Taunt users such as Cobalion, but makes it weak to certain Taunt users such as Jellicent, Gyarados, Heatran, Hydreigon, Victini, T-Tar, Keldeo, Terrakion, Archeops, Darmanitan, Magmortar, Haxorus, Emboar, Samurott, Chandelure, Aerodactyl, Houndoom and other <500 BST Taunt pokemon.
Ice Fang over Rock Slide or Earthquake helps against opposing Gliscor, Dragonite, and other Flying and Dragon Types.
Thunder Fang over Rock Slide or Earthquake helps against Water Types who tend to carry Ice Beam and also deal with Skarmory, Jellicent and Gyarados; however Thunder Fang is the least preferred of the 3 Fangs for it's lack of Coverage since the other 2 Fangs have better coverages over Thunder Fang.
Taunt over Rock Slide or Earthquake if you don't have Espeon on the team or if you want to stop him from setting up boosts or hazards. However Taunt is not really needed and if Gliscor has Earthquake and Taunt he is shutdown with Leviate or Flying Types without a secondary attack. Taunt Gyarados with Dragon Dance, Waterfall and/or Ice Fang can just go to town on a Gliscor that has Taunt and Earthquake and no secondary attack.
A Different EV Spread can be used such as pouring the HP EVs into Speed instead with 4 HP EVs.
Teammates and Counters
Pokemon on a Baton Pass chain such as Ninjask, Mr. Mime, Smeargle, and Vaporeon.
Espeon, to reflect phazing and hazards and can counter Special Based Attackers trying to deal with Gliscor.
Counters include any Ice Attacks or Special Based Pokemon. SubTaunt Gliscor with Ice Fang will really give your Gliscor problems if your Gliscor doesn't have Ice Fang and/or if it hasn't gotten BP Swords Dance, Bulk Up, and/or Defense Stat Boost.
