Super Fang is used to hit steel-types which are immune to Toxic and resist Brave Bird This makes it sound like you run both on one set; the Toxic immunity is what makes them annoying for you such as Klinklang, and Alolan Dugtrio. Brave Bird allows Golbat to hit Thwackey and Sawk and harder, in addition to being able to knock out Pokemon immune to Toxic A bit poorly phrased because you generalize it here but Steel types, which are immune to Toxic, aren't hit by BB; I'd prolly rewrite it to Poison types and list Clefairy as a special case or remove Clefairy such as Clefairy and Skuntank.
