[OVERVIEW]
- Alolan Golem's access to Magnet Pull allows it trap Steel-types, which is unique in ZU.
- Alolan Golem has one of the highest attack stats in the tier, allowing it to be an incredibly powerful breaker as well, especially with Choice Band.
- However, Alolan Golem low speed and lack of Sturdy like leaves it easily revenge killed by powerful super-effective attackers like Silvally-Ground, Leafeon, or Floatzel.
- Lack of other viable options makes Alolan Golem fairly predictable as well.
- Finally, running Alolan Golem means you can't run Golem, which is more versatile and overall a better Pokemon.

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========
- Stone Edge is a great STAB move, packing high power and a higher critical hit chance, which makes up for its subpar accuracy.
- Earthquake is used to hit things like Golem, Muk, and Pawniard.
- Fire Punch is used to hit things Bronzor, Pawniard, and Tangela.
- Volt Switch is used as a pivot move to deal some extra damage before switching out.
- Wild Charge can be used for Electric-type STAB, but it makes Alolan Golem easier to revenge kill because it takes damage every time it hits

Set Details
========
- Magnet Pull allows Alolan Golem to trap Steel-types like Bronzor, Pawniard, or Probopass.

Usage Tips
========
- Bring Alolan Golem in on something it can safely trap, like Broznor or Probopass.
- Even if the opponent doesn't have any Steel-types, Alolan Golem can still be used as a decent breaker or pivot. Switch on a weak attack or switch to minimize damage to make breaking safer. Try to use Stone Edge or Earthquake when you're going to break, as they're Alolan Golem main attacking moves. Pivoting should be done when the opponent's Pokemon has the winning matchup, but can still be damaged by Volt Switch.

Team Options
========
- Something to check Ground-types like Tangela, Swanna, Leafeon, Floatzel, or Rotom-Fan is much appreciated as Silvally-Ground and Sandslash are two of Alolan Golem's best checks.
- Things that appreciate Steel-types being gone like Dragon-types, Grass-types, Toxic spreaders, etc.
- Fighting-type checks like Gourgeist-Super, Muk, Beheeyem, or Swanna also make good partners for Alolan Golem because of it's poor matchup against things like Silvally-Fighting and Combuken.
- Late-game cleaners that appreciate things Alolan Golem's slow Volt Switch like Scarf Electivire, Scarf Chatot, and NP Simipour make good partners for it.
- Hazard removers such as Silvally-Fighting, Silvally-Water, or Altaria are helpful to prevent Alolan-Golem from taking to much chip damage.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============
- Galvanize with moves like Double-Edge, Explosion, or Return can be run for some more powerful Electric-STAB.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Ground-types**: Silvally-Ground and Sandslash can take any of Alolan Golem's attacks and OHKO it back thanks to Alolan Golem's lack of Sturdy.

**Faster Offensive Pokemon**: Similar to Ground-types, Alolan Golem's lack of Sturdy and average bulk leaves it easily KO'd by things like Swanna, Floatzel, and Shiftry.

**Bulky Grass-types**: Servine and Bellossom can function as offensive checks by eating a hit and then OHKOing it (or Strength Sap in Bellossom's case), while Tangela and Gourgeist-Super work as defensive checks by stalling out Alolan Golem's PP.

**Fighting-types**: Silvally-Fighting can eat any attack Alolan Golem can dish out and either OHKO it or use it to set-up, and then OHKO it. Combusken, while it can't switch in on Stone Edge or Earthquake, can easily OHKO Alolan Golem with Focus Blast or +2 Sky Uppercut.

[OVERVIEW]
- Alolan Golem has one of the highest attack stats in the tier, allowing it to be an incredibly powerful breaker, especially with Choice Band. Alolan Golem's primary use is for Steel-trapping
- A decent movepool adds to this, providing some powerful STAB moves, and good coverage. This is an extremely generic statement and could apply to just about any offensive Pokemon with two types...
- Alolan Golem's access to Magnet Pull allows it trap Steel-types as well, but its generally outclassed by Probopass in this role. Since when? Alolem is a much better Steel trapper in the current metagame than Probopass.
- However, Alolan Golem low speed and lack of Sturdy like leaves it easily revenge killed by powerful super-effective attackers like Silvally-Ground, Golem, or Floatzel. Replace Golem with a Grass-type Pokemon mention such as Leafeon (I specifically like Leafeon bc it also has a really high Defense stat)
- Lack of other viable options makes Alolan Golem fairly predictable as well. Gourgeist-Super is also one-dimensional. Lack of versatility doesn't seem like something that belongs in an Alolan Golem Overview.
- Finally, running Alolan Golem means you can't run Golem, which is more versatile and overall a better Pokemon. Why does this matter? You would never run Alolan Golem and Golem together, and they do different things for the most part. Alolan Golem is primarily a Steel trapper whereas Golem can be a phys def wall and can set SR.

Redo this entire Overview to more focus on Alolan Golem's niche as a Steel trapper, what Steels it traps, and why Steel trapping is beneficial for teammates such as X Y and Z. Mention in the negatives its weaknesses to common types such as Water, Grass, and Fighting, which can make it hard to fit onto teams

Moves
========
- Stone Edge is a great STAB move, packing high power and a higher critical hit chance, which makes up for its subpar accuracy. This bullet point can be removed.
- Earthquake is used to hit things like Golem, Muk, and Pawniard. Split the examples up into trapped Steel-types and other Pokemon that resist Stone Edge. Remove the Muk example, Muk is never staying in versus Alolan Golem
- Fire Punch is used to hit things Bronzor, Pawniard, and Tangela. Specifically mention "trapped Bronzor, as well as Pokemon such as X and Y. Tangela is no longer in ZU,so replace that example.
- Volt Switch is used as a pivot move to deal some extra damage before switching out. Mention Alolem's ability to "slow pivot" into a teammate.
- Wild Charge can be used for Electric-type STAB, but it makes Alolan Golem easier to revenge kill because it takes damage every time it hits mention specific examples of what Wild Charge hits.

Set Details
========
- Magnet Pull allows Alolan Golem to trap Steel-types like Bronzor, Pawniard, or Probopass.

Usage Tips
========
- Bring Alolan Golem in on something it can safely trap, like Broznor Bronzor or Probopass. How? By directly switching in? Probopass can potentially click Earth Power...
- Even if the opponent doesn't have any Steel-types, Alolan Golem can still be used as a decent breaker or pivot. Switch on a weak attack or switch to minimize damage to make breaking safer. Use a specific example to make that last statement not seem so generic. Try to use Stone Edge or Earthquake when you're going to break, as they're Alolan Golem main attacking moves. Why wouldn't Wild Charge be your main move to break through stuff considering it receives STAB? Explain Pivoting should be done when the opponent's Pokemon has the winning matchup, but can still be damaged by Volt Switch. And Alolan Golem outspeeds and has not locked itself into anything. (I would ask you to give an example but this specific point is so incredibly niche that I don't even think it warrants mentioning)

Team Options
========
- Something to check Ground-types like Tangela, Swanna, Leafeon, Floatzel, or Rotom-Fan is much appreciated as Silvally-Ground and Sandslash are two of Alolan Golem's best checks. Remove Tangela
- Things that appreciate Steel-types being gone like Dragon-types, Grass-types, Toxic spreaders, etc. Be more specific with examples and write this bullet point up a bit more, explaining Alolem's ability to trap Steel-types with Magnet Pull.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Ground-types**: Silvally-Ground and Sandslash can take any of Alolan Golem's attacks and OHKO it back thanks to Alolan Golem's lack of Sturdy. Silvally-Ground and Sandslash are also not the only Ground-types in ZU, generalize them by saying "Ground-types such as"

**Faster Offensive Pokemon**: Similar to Ground-types, Alolan Golem's lack of Sturdy and average bulk leaves it easily KO'd by things like Swanna, Floatzel, and Shiftry. Make this the last Checks and Counters section.

**Bulky Grass-types**: Servine and Bellossom can function as offensive checks by eating a hit and then OHKOing it (or Strength Sap in Bellossom's case), while Tangela not ZU and Gourgeist-Super work as defensive checks by stalling out Alolan Golem's PP.

**Fighting-types**: Silvally-Fighting can eat any attack Alolan Golem can dish out and either OHKO it or use it to set-up, and then OHKO it. Combusken, while it can't switch in on Stone Edge or Earthquake or Wild Charge... just forget mentioning specific moves, Combusken is almost never a direct switch-in for Alolem, can easily OHKO Alolan Golem with Focus Blast or +2 Sky Uppercut.

This is not QC 1/3 and has a long, long way to go still, tag me again once you've implemented this.

On second thought, I think it would be best if I just stuck to Simipour for now, and take something I can do more easily in the future if I see one. Someone better can do this this one. Thanks for letting me try.
