XY OU Good CHOICE...its a pun. 1500+ Rating

So my team is centered around 3 sweepers and 3 supporters. The 3 sweepers all have the 3 different choice items.

Disclamer#1: I am not the best at explaining teams, so sorry if you feel the summary is cut to short.
Disclamer#2: None of these sets are really original, so sorry if you thought this would be a groundbreaking team.

Jirachi @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Iron Head
- Ice Punch
- U-turn
- Trick

Jirachi does what Jirachi does best, flinch, flinch, flinch, and maybe freeze. Iron Head is of course for STAB and my flinching needs, Ice Punch is for coverage and maybe scoring a desperate freeze if necessary. U-turn is simply for scouting. Trick is to screw up any defensive threats my team struggles with ex. Ferrothorn. Jirachi's typing and moves protect my dragon sweepers from dragons and fairies thanks to Ice punch and Iron Head.

Latios (M) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Surf
- Trick

Bringing in one of the strongest Draco Meteors ever is Specs Latios. Draco Meteor is to pierce through bulky defenses and do some real damage, leaving a large mark unless it is resisted (except for Chansey/Blissey which won't be a problem after this next move). Psyshock, in a way Latios is a mixed attacker thanks to Psyshock hitting defense and Draco Meteor hitting S.Defense. Surf doesn't provide me much help but its there for coverage. Trick is to get rid of Specs on unsuspecting defensive Pokemon. Strangley enough Latios is one of my least used Pokemon, I only really use it for its Draco Meteor when needed, but it still is one of the most useful Pokemon on my team.

Dragonite @ Choice Band
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Fire Punch
- Extreme Speed

Outrage + Choice Band fits Dragonite like a glove, it really cleans up well late game. Outrage destroys anything that doesn't resist it. Earthquake and Fire Punch takes care of Steels that resist Outrage. E-Speed revenge kills nicely. And Multiscale is icing on the cake allowing Dragonite to survive most hits, then Dragonite retaliates with a bone crushing Outrage. What else to say Banded Nite is a force to be reckoned with.

252+ Atk Choice Band Dragonite Outrage vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Hippowdon: 211-250 (50.2 - 59.5%) -- 80.9% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

252+ Atk Choice Band Dragonite Outrage vs. 248 HP / 136+ Def Mandibuzz: 253-298 (59.8 - 70.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split

A basic Rotom-W set, you have all seen it. Let's get through this fast. Hydro Pump, STAB. Volt Switch, STAB and to scout. WilloWisp, to take care of physical threats and stall out with burn. Pain Split, recovery. Its typing is great only weak to grass which most of my team resists anyway. Rotom also protects Jirachi from Fire and Ground attacks and protects Landorus from ice moves. All around a great addition to the team.

Venusaur @ Venusaurite
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 HP / 240 Def / 16 Spe
Bold Nature
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Sleep Powder
- Synthesis

Mega Venusaur is a tank, I should end the summary there, but I have to write more. Mega Venusaur counters Azumarill easily in fact most fairies tremble at Mega Venusaur. Giga Drain is for healing while attacking since he has a lack of leftovers. Sludge Bomb for STAB and to hurt fairies. Sleep Powder for well...sleeping (My original idea is have a Sleeper and a Freezer aka. Jirachi to shut down 2 pokemon) Synthesis is to sustain.

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Stone Edge

Landorus is my usual lead simply for a fast Stealth Rock or Scouting. After using Stealth Rock Landorus-T unleashes a strong life orb boosted Earthquake. Landorus-T also gives Intimidate support which allows safe switch ins to face physical threats more easily. Landorus-T also has U-Turn for scouting purposes which still hits really hard with a life orb. Stone Edge is just there just in case, I rarely use it because of that 80% accuracy which it actually feels like 60%.

Hey, you have a pretty big ice weakness, Infact depending on greninja's set it could pretty effectively dismantle all your team minus rotom-wash. My recommendation is a slight team tweak to have less Ice-weakness, something like heatran could help with that.
http://www.smogon.com/dex/xy/pokemon/heatran
It runs a few various sets so I have linked the Dex entry so that you can pick one that best suits your playstyle. I would also recommend a pokemon that can comfortably stop greninja, so a tanky Special Defender would be quite handy.

I haven't ran into any Greninjas lately so that's why I want even thinking of him when I was building this team. I will replace landorus later with heatran and see how it goes. Thank you for the reply.
