Hi, I am new to the whole IV training but I was SRing on a snorlax in FireRed and I got the following and was wondering if I should keep SRing or keep this one:

Snorlax - #143 (Hasty): 30 - 31 / 30 - 31 / 29 / 3 / 28 / 10
Ability: Immunity

The following Hidden Power Types are possible:
Bug, Rock

The following Hidden Power Attack Powers are possible:
47
