Good Team needing a few fixups

Alright, so I've been messing around with this team for a while now, and i've gotten rid of a few pokes, added in new ones, but the one thing still remains.
I've had trouble thinking of a last poke to finish complementing the rest.
Anyways lets take a look at the team.

Metagross @ Occa Berry
Adamant - Clear Body
252 HP / 236 Atk / 12 Def / 8 Spe
~ Stealth Rock
~ Meteor Mash
~ Explosion
~ Bullet Punch

Basic Lead Gross. I've used EQ on it because it lets me take care of the Heatran, Ape leads which is the reason why Occa Berry is used, but I dont face them all to often, and i have no idea what to take out for it. Rocks is a must, Mash is debateable, i like it and its powerful, but Eq is not bad either. Bullet punch is for taking out suicide leads and ninjask leads, while explosion is the only really debateable one. it does let my gross take out Swampert and gliscor though, which is a nice plus.

Gengar @ Life Orb
Hasty - Levitate
40 Atk / 252 Spe / 216 Satk
~ Energy Ball
~ Explosion
~ Shadow Ball
~ T-Bolt

I used to use a choice scarf gar at first, but then decided that maybe this was the better way to go. The 40 atk ev's are to kill standard blissey with stealthrock damage, and energy ball is for swampert killing, which means that basically this is the only guy who can do it.. which isnt a good thing, but then again that is why im writing this, so i can get some help from the guys at smogon ^_^

Zapdos @ Lefties
Bold - Pressure
252 HP / 220 Def / 36 Spe
~ T-Bolt
~ Roost
~ Heat Wave
~ HP Grass [67] highest i can get it

One of the best scizor counters out there, and overall beast. I used to use a gyarados as well, which beefed up my scizor bulkiness, but i decided to opt for something else instead.

Salamence @ Life Orb
Naive - Intimidate
232 Atk / 252 Spe / 24 Satk
~ Dragon Dance
~ Earthquake
~ Fire Blast
~ Outrage

DD Mence with a little special attack is a true beast. I use this now in place of gyara, which i do miss because it gave me a better scizor counter and a good heatran counter as well. Though i can't say this mence is bad, im a big fan of DD and i love this guy

Tyranitar @ Babiri Berry
Jolly - SandStream
252 Atk / 252 Spe
~ Dragon Dance
~ Stone Edge
~ Fire Punch
~ Crunch

Its a little sad that one has to use a specific berry against basically one opponent just to survive in the metagame. Makes you see how overcentralized scizor really has become. Regardless, with firepunch i can OHKO back while bullet punch leaves me still standing. Like i said, im a big fan of DD and this is no exception. Jolly is just so good as it allows me to outrun big threats. Im a little sad that theres no life orb, as i can't kill bronzong reliably in 2 hits. I've used BOAH before and i gotta say, both are amazing, as DD tar is a beast, while Boah is so realiable, plus is a good wall breaker

Jirachi @ Choice Scarf
Adament - Serene Grace
80 HP / 252 Atk / 176 Spe
~ Body Slam
~ Iron Head
~ Ice Punch
~ U-Turn

Time and time again this person has changed. I dont even know who to use anymore. If you havent noticed either, no one knows an ice move which is a real let down. Also choice Scarf users really give me trouble too, so i opted to use this guy.. not really much to say, but i'd be more than happy to get rid of this guy. In fact i used to use a scarfed gengar which was a perfect dragon and gyara revenge killer, even after a dd boost.

So any suggestions on what to put in, what to take out?
any and all suggestions are welcome

Thank for taking the time to read this guys!

Heatran/Infernape annoyances. TBH I don't see Gengar doing much for you. Zapdos is basically the more sturdy less powerful slower version of it, while Jirachi is the faster physical more hacking version of it. You're not even using any special attacker so I dont even see why Explosion is needed TBH lol. You could try out Latias in that slot though. It comes into the fire types fine and dandy, but is way more sturdy while packing a good punch as well. You can even run CM if you truly fear Blissey as you did with Gengar.

Is this on shoddy battle? Cause if it is, then there is a way to get HP 70 Zapdos, with liegit IV's iirc.

i agree on the latias. i infact used to use one as i love to setup
but that would prey on my ice weakness that salemence and zapdos also share
any suggestions on the last poke?
and should i have eq on my metagross?
b/c even with eq i need bullet punch to take out ape cause it will just outspeed me and fireblast/flamethrower again, which then leads me to take out mash, rocks, or explosion, with all having use

a suggestion if you really want to replace jirachi would be something like a magnezone or machamp, magenzone has hp ice and machamp has ice punch.
magenzone has the same weakness although a 4x to ground but has great coverage, but you do have 3 ground immunities to switch to if you sense an equake coming.
machamp is great as a rest talker and status absorber, if your seeing alot of problems from that, but machamp can hit really hard with dynamic punch and ice punch and payback as well, which all 3 are great for things like blissey, gengar, the rotom forms, dragons.
the main thing it comes down to is what your facing most often and whats giving you the most problems, you have a lot of physical attackers so maybe magnezone might help out more.
hope i have helped out

You may wants to try Earthquake in the place of Explosion on Gross. It's convenient to take out something that gives your team trouble with Explosion when you normally can't, but it can often backfire with Protect and Ghost/Steel switches. I would suggest keeping Mash, since it's really Metagross's best attacking option, especially against flying-types and levitators. Bullet Punch is good.

I use Life Orb Gengar also, and I know it works fairly well. Explosion is fairly common on Gengar, so there's a large risk of your opponent not even switching Blissey etc. into Gengar anyway, which wastes a moveslot and splits your EVs. You could try switching it out for something that gets more coverage, but if you find yourself using it often enough, then I would keep it.

Zapdos looks fine and seems to serve its purpose of countering Scizor.

Mence seems to be functional and makes a good wallbreaker. It's fairly standard so I don't have much to say, assuming you want to keep it. As far as wallbreaking is concerned, BulkyGyara also works well with Dragon Dance, Waterfall, Stone Edge, and Taunt. With a couple of Dragon Dances, it's still a potent sweeper, and Taunt gives you plenty of chances to set up, since walls will either switch out or use a weaker attacking move when their Roar or status move fails. You could also use Return in the place of Stone Edge if you'd like, as Waterfall hits Steels and Ghosts for decent damage anyway. It's more accurate and gives good coverage. It also gives you an option against Breloom.

I'm not so sure about the Babiri Berry on Tar. I think it may just be too situational. You're basically counting on Scizor coming in while Tyranitar is in full health and going for the Bullet Punch. Swords Dance will negate the berry anyway though, and with a little residual damage, CB will take care of Tyranitar. Since you have Zapdos to counter Scizor already, your best bet will probably switching out against Scizor, even if it means losing a boost. Then you can tack a Life Orb (or another item) onto Tyranitar and you're good.

If you need a Dragon/Gyara revenge killer and don't like your Jirachi, give Starmie a try. Give it Choice Scarf, Specs, or an Expert Belt, with Surf / Hydro Pump, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, and Grass Knot / Recover (using recover only if you have Expert Belt). This also takes care of the issue of only Gengar being able to KO Swampert if you opt to use Grass Knot. Choice Scarf works well with Starmie's already stellar Speed, but Specs can get you some important KOs. For example, Surf 2HKOs Metagross if you have Specs, which is useful if you catch it on the switch so it doesn't Agility or anything. If you have a Scarf, it's much easier to outrun Gyara/Mence after a DD and blast them with their respective 4x weak moves. It's also good for revenge killing weakened Scizors, as it resists Bullet Punch and deals decent damage with Surf. You've gotta watch out for U-Turn and X-Scissor though.

Hopefully some of that was helpful!
