This one is kinda optional, but Donphan is the only viable counter+sturdy user. Change makes it read better but it doesn't matter much.
* Assault Vest, the HP and Special Defense EVs, and the Careful nature combined The HP and Special Defense EV's, along with Assault Vest and a Careful nature allow Azumarill to defeat Timid Choice Specs Iron Moth and non-Thunder Choice Specs Magnezone. reads better
