[SET COMMENTS]
Possessing a blistering Speed stat and a ruthless dual STAB combination, Froslass is a strong Choice Band wallbreaker. With both of its powerful STAB attacks, Froslass has amazing neutral coverage that defensive cores can have trouble handling. Switcheroo cripples the few defensive counters to Froslass, which include Miltank and defensive Poliwrath. Ice Shard is great against offensive teams, revenge killing faster threats like Thwackey, Lilligant, and Alolan Dugtrio after some chip. Either of the latter two moves can be replaced by Spikes, as Frolass can easily set multiple layers thanks to the free turns it generates forcing switches.

Choice Band Froslass generally fits well on offensive builds, but it must be noted that Poltergeist has negative synergy with Knock Off users. Due to its poor defenses, Froslass appreciates VoltTurn users who can safely bring it onto the field. Offensive pivots like Morpeko and Silvally formes can lure in Pokemon like Palossand and Altaria, respectively, bringing Froslass in safely to immediately threaten them. Defensive pivots including Articuno and Clefairy, which are able to take a hit and pivot out, so Froslass comes in unharmed. With its amazing ability to weaken walls and revenge kill wallbreakers, Froslass leaves ample opportunity for sweepers like Klinklang, Galarian Rapidash, and Silvally-Dark to set up. If bulkier teams intend on using Froslass, keeping it healthy through entry hazard removers like Morpeko and Coalossal is essential. Knock Off absorbers like Alcremie and Miltank also play important roles in giving Froslass backup when it's in danger.

[SET COMMENTS]
Froslass is a premier Spikes setter thanks to having one of the fastest Taunts in the metagame alongside a great STAB combination. It threatens common entry hazard removers like Altaria and Rotom and can use Taunt to block removal from other Pokemon like Articuno and Silvally-Poison. This also shuts down passive Pokemon like Miltank and Pyukumuku, which makes Froslass a solid stallbreaker. Froslass is also a capable revenge killer, as it outpaces the majority of the unboosted metagame, including threats like Jynx, Thievul, and Sawk.

Spikes Froslass's combination of Speed and offensive utility makes it a great fit for offensive builds. Offensive Knock Off users like Thwackey, Sawk, and Kabutops make opposing Pokemon vulnerable to Froslass's Spikes. These wallbreakers also directly benefit from Spikes, as it can put foes in greater range of KOs. Other wallbreakers that love Spikes include Galarian Rapidash and the Silvally formes. These Pokemon also threaten Froslass checks like Alolan Persian and Miltank. Morpeko is a particularly nice partner, removing entry hazards with Rapid Spin and threatening Froslass checks like Poliwrath and Choice Scarf Rotom. Pivots love the extra chip damage from Spikes, so VoltTurn users like Silvally-Fighting, Manectric, and Flapple can both safely bring in Froslass and further damage walls like Qwilfish and Palossand.

name: Suicide Lead
move 1: Spikes
move 2: Taunt
move 3: Destiny Bond
move 4: Avalanche / Icy Wind
item: Focus Sash
ability: Cursed Body
nature: Jolly / Timid
evs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
With just about every great utility move needed and a great Speed tier, Froslass is a great suicide lead that facilitates setup sweepers. Froslass runs Focus Sash to guarantee at least one layer of Spikes. Froslass's Ghost typing and access to Taunt lets it easily shut Defog and Rapid Spin users alike. Destiny Bond lets it take down a foe with it, making it especially useful for bringing down wallbreakers like Klinklang and Silvally-Dark. It also pairs well with Taunt, forcing foes to attack it. Avalanche is its preferred attacking move, as its negative priority gives it a greater opportunity to take advantage of Destiny Bond. However, Icy Wind is also a solid option, as its ability to lower Speed makes taking advantage of the foe easier for its teammates. If Icy Wind is used, Froslass needs to instead run a Timid Nature with Special Attack investment.

Froslass's suicide lead set will exclusively be seen on hyper offense teams looking for a reliable Spikes setter who can quickly provide momentum. The pressure put on from Spikes makes it easier for setup sweepers to secure KOs, so partners like Klinklang, Silvally-Poison, and Crustle love Froslass. Knock Off users like Thwackey, Gurdurr, and Uxie are able to remove Heavy-Duty Boots from the opposing side, making Spikes even more dangerous. Because entry hazard removers like Altaria and Articuno are inclined to enter the field with Spikes up, wallbreakers like Lycanroc-Midnight and Sawk immediately threaten these Defog users.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

Froslass's Spikes set can take advantage of a variety of options, thanks to its utility movepool. Toxic and Will-O-Wisp cripple switch-ins and physical attackers alike. However, having to give up Taunt or an attacking option makes it difficult to fit. Physical attacks can be ran on its Spikes set, but it has bad synergy with Knock Off, which you want to use to remove Heavy-Duty Boots.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Faster Pokemon**: Froslass's poor bulk and weakness-laden typing leaves it vulnerable to opposing revenge killers. Choice Scarf users like Rotom, Sawk, and Gourgeist-Small have super effective coverage for it. Outside of that, priority users like Kangaskhan and Thwackey do a good job of handling Froslass. While Alolan Persian doesn't use priority, it's one of the few Pokemon faster than Froslass.

**Water-type Pokemon**: Though repeated Ghost-type attacks can threaten it, Poliwrath's physical bulk and typing lets it serve as a great check to Froslass, actively punishing its Triple Axel with Rocky Helmet. For similar reasons on top of having Intimidate, Qwilfish is a great swtich-in to Triple Axel, but is more vulnerable to Poltergeist and special attacking sets. While it is relegated to stall teams, Pyukumuku can completely blank Froslass if it doesn't get afflicted by Taunt or Trick.

**Steel-type Pokemon**: While it can struggle to take multiple Ghost-type attacks, Klinklang has the bulk and typing to handle Froslass's Ice-type attacks, while using Gear Grind to KO it. Despite its frailty, Alolan Dugtrio is as fast as Froslass and has Sucker Punch.

**Dark-type Pokemon**: Dark-types like Alolan Persian and Silvally-Dark resist Froslass's Ghost-type attacks and immediately threaten it with their own STAB moves. However, they must be wary to not switch into its powerful Ice-type attacks.

**Miltank**: With its immunity to Ghost, and with Thick Fat variants resisting its Ice-type STAB, Miltank can completely blank Froslass and wear it down via Toxic. However, if Froslass uses Taunt, Miltank is unable to touch it.

Possessing a blistering Speed stat and a ruthless dual STAB combination, Froslass is one of the most dangerous wallbreakers in the metagame. With with a Choice Band equipped, Froslass can be devastating if users properly play around its Stealth Rock weakness. this belongs more to the second part Triple Axel gets crucial 2HKOs on the likes of Alcremie, Tangela, and Rhydon, while switch-ins to Ice-type attacks including Klinklang and Rapidash take significant damage from Poltergeist. fluff, you don't need to explain stab moves, however you can say Froslass has a great neutral coverage swith its stab moves Ice Shard is great against offensive teams, revenge killing faster threats like Thwackey, Chlorophyll Shiftry, and Choice Scarf Rotom after some chip. Possessing a blistering Speed stat and a ruthless dual STAB combination, Froslass is one of the most dangerous wallbreakers in the metagame with a Choice Band equipped. I like that you put so much value onto Froslass but this feels a bit overselling. Just saying it is a solid wallbreaker is enough, especially given CB isn't its best set. With both of its powerful STAB attacks, Froslass has amazing neutral coverage that defensive cores can have trouble handling. Ice Shard is great against offensive teams, revenge killing faster threats like Thwackey, Chlorophyll Shiftry, and Choice Scarf Rotom after some chip. You actually need so much chip damage on Rotom, that it is almost not worth mentioning (you do like ~30%) and Shiftry commonly runs Sucker Punch even on sun teams which in sun outspeeds your Ice Shard. Thwackey is a good mention, maybe add Alolan Dugtrio or set up sweeper like Butterfree and Lilligant. Switcheroo cripples the few defensive counters to Froslass, which includes Miltank and defensive Poliwrath. Either of the latter two moves can be replaced by Spikes, as it becomes easy to lay out hazards when the opponent is likely to switch out against Froslass. I'd personally mention Switcheroo before Ice Shard in the set as it is generally more useful for Froslass, especially combined with Spikes.

Choice Band Froslass generally fits well on offensive builds, but it must be noted that Poltergeist has negative synergy with Knock Off users. Due to its frail defenses, Froslass appreciates VoltTurn users who can safely bring it onto the field. Offensive pivots like Morpeko and the Silvally formes can lure in Pokemon like Rhydon Palossand and Tangela Altaria; Both Rhydon and Tangela are really bulky and can, especially in Tangela's case, simply trade hits because of Regenerator which Froslass doesn't have the bulk to do. respectively, bringing Froslass in safely to immediately threaten them. Defensive pivots including Articuno and Clefairy which are able to take a hit and switch pivot out, so that Froslass comes in unharmed. With its amazing ability to weaken walls and revenge kill breakers, Froslass leaves ample opportunity for sweepers like Klinklang, Galarian Rapidash, and Silvally-Dark to set up. If bulkier teams intend on using Froslass, keeping it healthy through hazard removers like Morpeko and Coalossal is essential. Knock Off absorbers like Alcremie and Miltank also play important roles in giving Froslass backup when it's in danger.

Morpeko is a particularly nice partner, removing hazards with Rapid Spin and threatening Froslass checks like Poliwrath and Choice Scarf Rotom. Pivots love the extra chip damage from Spikes, and so VoltTurn users like Silvally-Fighting, Manectric, and Flapple can both safely bring in Froslass and further damage walls like Qwilfish and Coalossal. Coalossal exclusively runs Heavy-Duty Boots, rather mention walls like Palossand or Rhydon who can get overwhelmed by Spikes damage.

I don't think max HP and a Focus Sash is a valid option. It is counterintuitive to the concept of the suicide lead which would be to guarantee one layer of Spikes. Focus Sash already does that. Imo, Froslass would just run max Atk/SpA depending on the attacking move it chooses.

To set up as many Spikes as possible, Froslass runs Focus Sash to guarantee at least one layer. weirdly phrased, just mention that Focus Sash guarantees one layer, the part with as many as possible just doesn't feel right. For similar reasons, Froslass runs maximum HP to lay down more Spikes in front of passive opponents like Uxie and Clefairy. This is what I don't think is needed at all. I did the calcs for both of these and idk if you did but max HP doesn't change anything. They 3HKO you (at best) which is still 3 layers of Spikes on your side. Max HP also lets you live attacks from common Choice Scarf users such as a Sawk Stone Edge or Rotom's Shadow Ball which would make Focus Sash not needed anymore. We should stick with either. Froslass's Ghost typing and access to Taunt makes it easily shut Defog and Rapid Spin users alike.

Froslass's suicide lead set will almost exclusively be seen on hyper offense teams looking for a reliable Spikes setter who can quickly provide momentum. Because hazard removers like Altaria and Articuno are inclined to enter the field with Spikes up, wallbreakers like Jynx, Lycanroc-Midnight, and Sawk immediately threaten these Defog users. Jynx only threatens one of them.

Other Options
=============

Froslass's Spikes set can take advantage of a variety of options, thanks to its high amount of utility. Toxic or Will-O-Wisp cripple switch-ins and physical attackers alike. However, having to give up Taunt or an attacking option makes it difficult to fit. Physical attacks can be ran on its Spikes set, but it has bad synergy with Knock Off, which you want to use to remove Heavy-Duty Boots.

Checks and Counters
===================

For similar reasons on top of having Intimidate, Qwilfish is a great switchin to Triple Axel, but is more vulnerable to Poltergeist and special attacking sets.

Despite its frailty, Alolan Dugtrio has Sucker Punch to revenge kill Froslass. It even speedties.

**Dark-type Pokemon**: Dark-types like Alolan Persian and Silvally-Dark resist Froslass's Ghost-type attacks and immediately threaten it with their own STAB. However, they must be wary to not switch into its powerful Ice-type attacks.

**Miltank**: With its immunity to Ghost, and with Thick Fat variants resisting its Ice-type STAB, Miltank can completely blank Froslass and wear it down via Toxic. However, if Froslass uses Taunt, it becomes completely useless. A bit poorly phrased in the last sentence. I'd rather say smth like 'If Froslass uses Taunt, Miltank can't touch it' or w/e yk what I mean.

Possessing a blistering Speed stat and a ruthless dual STAB combination, Froslass is a strong wallbreaker with a Choice Band equipped Choice Band wallbreaker. With both of its powerful STAB attacks, Froslass has amazing neutral coverage that defensive cores can have trouble handling. Switcheroo cripples the few defensive counters to Froslass, which includes Miltank and defensive Poliwrath. Ice Shard is great against offensive teams, revenge killing faster threats like Thwackey, Lilligant, and Alolan Dugtrio after some chip. Either of the latter two moves can be replaced by Spikes, as it becomes easy to lay out hazards when the opponent is likely to switch out against Froslass Frolass can easily set multiple layers thanks to the free turns it generates forcing switches.

Choice Band Froslass generally fits well on offensive builds, but it must be noted that Poltergeist has negative synergy with Knock Off users. Due to its frail poor defenses, Froslass appreciates VoltTurn users who can safely bring it onto the field. Offensive pivots like Morpeko and Silvally formes can lure in Pokemon like Palossand and Altaria, (comma) respectively, bringing Froslass in safely to immediately threaten them. Defensive pivots including Articuno and Clefairy, (comma) which are able to take a hit and pivot out, so Froslass comes in unharmed. With its amazing ability to weaken walls and revenge kill wallbreakers, Froslass leaves ample opportunity for sweepers like Klinklang, Galarian Rapidash, and Silvally-Dark to set up.
