Grass knot/low kick Q

What's the approximate BP for low kick when used on something about as big as a Lapras? I've been trying metalkid's damage calculator but it keeps coming up only 3-4 (probably because the BP is listed as 1).

Anyone have any idea?

Base power is the same for Low Kick. Check the resource and research threads for other stuff like this, it's usually in there.
