New Gravity team I want to try online. Locally, I've done pretty good (8 wins, 0 losses), but the real competition is online & that's something I want to be prepared for. Please tell me the slightest problem you detect, any questions will be answered. But no flaming please!
Dragonite-Life Orb
Mild (SpAtk+,Def-)
112 Atk/196 SpAtk/200 Spd
Dragon Rush
Roost
Protect
Focus Blast
Great mixed sweeper when Gravity is in effect. Perfect coverage with it's 2 main attacks, Protect for keeping it safe from my own EQ users, & Roost for gaining health back from LO recoil. Synergizes with Forretress, Starmie, & Aggron (all take Ice attacks pretty good, Forretress & Aggron resist both Rock & Dragon moves as well).
Note: I've been thinking about switching Dargonite with a Salamence, but I'm not 100% sure. If someone could elaborate on this it would be greatly appreciated.
Exeggutor-White Herb
Modest (SpAtk+,Atk-)
252 HP/212 Def/44 SpAtk
Leaf Storm
Gravity
Sleep Powder
Leech Seed
My ground resister. White Herb restores Exeggutor's SpAtk drop after Leaf Storm is used. Gravity, of course. Sleep Powder & Leech Seed gain perfect accuracy in Gravity, removing any risk of them missing. Synergizes with whole team (Dragonite & Starmie can take Fire attacks, Aggron deals resists Flying moves, Forretress & Aggron also resist Ghost attacks while Clefable takes nothing from them, Starmie, Aggron, & Forretress take Ice attacks pretty easily, Forretress & Aggron are immune to Poison moves, Dragonite, Forretress, & Aggron take little from Bug attacks, & Aggron & Forretress resist Dark attacks too).
Starmie-Expert Belt
Timid (Spd+,Atk-)
4 HP/252 SpAtk/252 Spd
Hydro Pump
Blizzard
Gravity
Thunder
Awesome Gravity user. A staple in most Gravity teams to be honest. Expert Belt is a good choice on Starmie as most of its attacks will be landing super-effective hits anyway. Synergizes with whole team (Dragonite, Forretress, & Aggron resist Bug moves, Aggron & Forretress take Dark attacks well, Forretress & Aggron also resist Ghost attacks while Clefable takes nothing from them, Exeggutor resists Electric moves, Exeggutor, Dragonite, & Forretress take Grass moves with ease).
Aggron-Shell Bell
Adamant (Atk+,SpAtk-)
252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spd
Head Smash
Protect
Iron Tail
Earthquake
A true monster on the battle field. With its two STAB attacks now having 100% accuracy & EQ, Aggron has perfect coverage while Gravity is up. Shell Bell is used to take in some health while doing damage to others, as Aggron's typing is a huge target on its back. Synergizes with Starmie, Exeggutor, & Dragonite (all resist Fighting moves, Exeggutor takes EQ pretty good, & Starmie & Exeggutor take Water attacks well).
Forretress-Shed Shell
Relaxed (Def+,Spd-)
252 HP/56 Atk/200 Def
Gyro Ball
Spikes
Gravity
Rapid Spin
Another standard in most Gravity teams. Had some trouble with this one, albeit. It was very hard to decide what moves it would keep. Really hoping for feedback on this one. Synergizes with Dragonite & Starmie (both don't take much damage from Fire attacks).
Clefable-Leftovers
Calm (SpDef+,Atk-)
252 HP/156 Def/100 Spd
Fire Blast
Gravity
Wish
Toxic
Clefable will be able to do damage to most opponents (except Heatran). Healing the other Gravity users with Wish is vital, & being able to set it up itself is a plus. Synergizes with Dragonite, Starmie, Exeggutor (all resist Fighting moves).
