Beautifly is bad in NU. It isn't viable in this tier in the slightest. It is outclassed in every way by Vivillion and as a result, should be used in even lower tiers. As before, I would also reccomend the FU tier since it can function there without being totally outclassed.

There is unfortuanately no reason to use your sets since the Mon you are using is drastically flawed in itself. Tagging Montsegur
