Greninja makes a Splash!

I'm totally in for double battles, but before I breed this lovely team.
I first need to see if it is worth my time to.

I started with Greninja as he his the new charizard.

and now to support him a bit, I could go 2 ways. Gravity and slap HP on greninja or Tailwind to go full offensive and not worry about speed so much. Then entered the overhyped Talonflame.

I was afraid of prio taunt (not that many outspeed him, but still) so I added Espeon with her wonderful magic gaurd

after this I started to wonder about Trick room/weather teams.
I need a counter to those things. Chandelure was added for TR and T-Tar for weather.

and the final member of the team *drumroll*
Kangaskhan, capable of OHKO many, breaking subs + killing, lowering speed of opponents etc etc.

Greninja@ Expert Belt
Greninja-makes-a-splash1-490x256.jpg

Modest ~ 252HP/252 Sp Atk/4 Spd
Protean

Hydro Pump
Ice Beam
Mat Block
Dark Pulse

Straight forward,
Ice Beam one shots most dragons. It's capable of one shotting Dnite
which proofs his power enough to me.
Will be used to open up a battle 90% of the time.

Talonflame @ Life Orb

Adamant ~ 252HP/252 Sp Atk/4 Def
Gale Wing

Brave Bird
Flare Blitz
Tail Wind
Quick Gaurd

Talonflame gets played when there will be no TR in play. Since you can usually tell by team preview if they run TR or not.
The main goal is to setup tail wind, get protected by either Mat Block (greninja) or Espeon's Magic guard to stop faster prio taunters to taunt me.

Espeon @ LightClay

Bold~252HP/ 252 Def 4 Sp Def
Magic Bounce

Light Screen
Reflect
Protect
Psychic

The Speed should be gotten by TW of Talonflame, so I upped her bulk.
added Psychic for an attacking move. Don't want her as last pokemon and no attacking moves. :)

Chandelure Focus sash
chandelure___pokemon_b_w_by_skye033-d3aroh1.gif

Modest ~ 252Sp Atk/252HP 4 speed
Flash Fire

Heat wave
Trick room
Imprison
Protect

Basic TR stopping team.
When running against a TR team I run Chandy over Talonflame.
I don't need the extra speed because TR teams are usually slower and I need to stop TR in it's tracks.
so far, it has no other use.

Tyranitar@Nite

Sandstream
Adamant ~ 252 Atk / 108 Def / 20 SpD / 128 Spe
Rock Slide
Eartquake
Protect
Crunch

with some timing, wrecks CharX, disrupts Politoad.
1V1 Ttar wins against Politoad as Crunch 3HKO's Toad and he needs Hydro pump to 3 hit me.
I got other pokemon who can take care of Ttar if the opponent runs SS.

Kangaskhan@Nite

Parental Bond
Adamant ~ 252 HP/ 252 Atk / 4 Spe
Sucker Punch
Protect
Hammer Arm
Return

I choose Hammer Arm over PoP because it puts a huge Dent in ferrothron and buffing up in a fast paced meta like VGC is close to worthless.
I rather try to go for a heavy kill then buff up and get killed.
Not quite a standart Khan, but I like it so far.

This is my team.
Break it apart, give advice. I'm all ears.

Its a bit weird but after seeing your teambuilding i thought you knew the 3 lines description rule :O Either way im not really a fan of 2 Mega evo's but it can work out in VGC, i havent seen much other Mega's than Kangaskhan :S That in combination with either Mienshao or Rage Powder Amoonguss.
