That's right, I'm creating a blue-themed team. This team will be for WiFi, unless it turns out too crappy to use effectively. Now, I know you came here to rate my team (or maybe just to stare at the blue Pogeys), so here's my team! (Images from Arkeis.com)
Team At a Glance:
The Team:
Azelf @ Choice Scarf
Modest | Levitate
EVs: 252 Special Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP
~Psychic
~Thunderbolt
~Flamethrower
~Grass Knot
This is one of my favorite Pokémon, and my lead. I like the Scarf--Azelf is fast, but a lot of Pokémon that can outspeed it can OHKO it, too. Think Aerodactyl, Crobat, Modest ScarfGar, Yanmega...It gets great coverage with the current attacks.
Metagross @ Choice Band / Leftovers
Adamant | Clear Body
EVs: 252 Attack, 184 Speed, 74 HP
~Meteor Mash
~Earthquake
~Bullet Punch
~Explosion
This is another of my favorite Pokémon, and about the only Pokémon in the RMT that I have already trained. The Speed EVs let it outspeed Adamant Tyranitar, and I can Meteor Mash it back. I want the power of Choice Band, but I want versatility, especially with Bullet Punch. Anyway, it's pretty standard.
Salamence @ Leftovers
Adamant | Intimidate
EVs: 252 Attack, 136 Speed, 120 HP
~Dragon Dance
~Dragon Claw
~Earthquake
~Fire Blast
Salamence, the late game sweeper of this team. Considering its bulkiness (95/80/80 defenses plus Intimidate) I opted for Leftovers over Life Orb. I've never used this before, so I don't know a lot about it.
Vaporeon @ Leftovers
Bold | Water Absorb
EVs: 252 Defense, 68 Special Attack, 60 HP, 130 Special Defense
~Surf
~Ice Beam
~Wish
~Baton Pass
This guy is one of the supporters of the team. Most of this team are fairly bulky, so they will appreciate the HP from Wish, and getting in for free because of Baton Pass. The EVs--max Defense is obvious, Sp.A for KOing Garchomp, 60 HP for a magic Leftovers number, rest in Sp.D to help my team take Special attacks.
Tentacruel @ Leftovers
Calm | Liquid Ooze
EVs: 204 HP, 96 Special Attack, 172 Special Defense, 36 Speed
~Surf
~Ice Beam
~Rapid Spin
~Toxic Spikes
Here's more team support. He's also my main defense for special sweepers. Toxic Spikes wears down the opponent and pretty much stops Sub Garchomp. Rapid Spin should help my team a lot, because my team is fairly offensive, and I anticipate battles being switch-happy.
Swampert @ Leftovers
Impish | Torrent
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Defense, 6 Attack
~Earthquake
~Avalanche
~Stealth Rock
~Roar
Another bulky water!?! I don't have experience with using Swampert, so help me here. It's a fairly standard physical Swampert. I chose both SR and Roar because the rest of my team doesn't have much support. I might replace this with Tangrowth.
Threat list:
Garchomp: I think that Vaporeon / Swampert will be able handle this. If it Outrages, Metagross comes in. Swampert can Roar it out.
Blissey: Metagross can come in without much fear of Ice Beam or Toxic, and doesn't really mind Thunder Wave, and probably 2HKOs.
Gengar: I'm pretty sure Tentacruel can counter this, and Azelf can revenge kill anything but Timid ScarfGar.
Gyarados: Between Swampert and Vaporeon, I can probably deal with this.
Tyranitar: Metagross can come in on Crunch or Stone Edge, outspeed non Scarf / Jolly TTars, and probably KO with Meteor Mash. Also, Swampert and possibly Vaporeon can come in easily.
Lucario: I'm not really sure how to deal with this.
Heatran: Tentacruel can come in easily, and Salamence can come in on Spec/Scarf Earth Power or [Fire move] and set up.
Metagross: Between Swampert and Vaporeon, I can probably counter this.
Salamence: Vaporeon can counter physical ones, and Tentacruel can counter special ones. Scouting Sala out will be hard, though.
Bronzong: The bulky waters could probably withstand this, and, if no Earthquake, so could Metagross (though he can't really hurt Bronzong.) I won't like Hypnosis, though....
Infernape: Three bulky waters. lol?
Swampert: As weird as this probably seems, my best bet is probably my own Swampert. (However, if I get a free switch or can predict and Earthquake, Azelf can come in and Grass Knot.)
Weavile: Metagross used Bullet Punch! Weavile fainted!
Skarmory: Salamence can probably come in and scare it away with Fire Blast.
Forretress: I would probably bring in Salamence to Fire Blast, or maybe Azelf to Flamethrower.
Gliscor: One of my three bulky waters.
Cresselia: Metagross could probably come in and Meteor Mash it.
Starmie: I don't really know.
Breloom: I don't have anything to get slept, but Salamence is probably my best switch in.
Heracross: This would probably be a bulky water or, if not on Stone Edge, Salamence.
Togekiss: My team doesn't like Thunder Wave, but Tentacruel can probably withstand anything Togekiss throws at it.
Celebi: Probably Tentacruel, or maybe Metagross.
Hippowdon: A bulky water could deal with the Hippo.
Azelf: Maybe Tentacruel?
Dusknoir: Nothing wants a Will-o-Wisp, and it has a pretty diverse physical movepool. I'm not really sure what could come in on it.
Snorlax: If no Earthquake, Metagross could come in and Meteor Mash it.
Jirachi: Jirachi has a pretty diverse movepool, so I don't really know what could come in on it. because this is a WiFi team, I don't think I'll see very many of these.
Suicune: I'm not really sure.
Vaporeon: My bulky waters could probably come and attempt to stall it out.
Porygon Z: Possibly Tentacruel.
Electrivire: If no HP: Grass, Swampert can come in and threaten an Earthquake.
Machamp: The bulky waters could probably withstand this.
Zapdos: This will probably be hard. If no HP: Grass, Swampert can probably come in.
Yanmega: Seeing as this is most commonly a lead, Azelf can outspeed and KO, even after one Speed Boost. Otherwise, Tentacruel can come in and Ice Beam.
Ninjask: Swampert can Roar it out.
Alakazam: Hopefully, Tentacruel can withstand this.
Aerodactyl: With three bulky waters, Aerodactyl won't breach my defenses any time soon.
Rhyperior: See Aerodactyl.
Tangrowth: No one likes status moves, but Salamence could come in on Grass attacks and threaten with Fire Blast.

What I'm Worrying About With the Team:
- I don't really have a way to deal with Electrics.
- I don't have a sturdy special tank / wall.
- I don't have a status absorber.
- Remember this is a WiFi team--I usually can't get Hidden Powers, and I don't have a big access to legends.
- All the Pokémon must be BLUE!
- Give a reason for your advice. If you just say, "thundar punch over bulet punch on meta" I'll ask, "Why?"
