Guys help I'm a nub

Edit: is this good enough or should I add more? I have to admit I'm not sure what else to put.

Weavile (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 42 HP/252 Atk/216 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Brick Break
- Ice Shard
- Swords Dance
- Night Slash

I chose this to lead because I'm honestly not experienced enough to know what the common leads are. I seem to come out even against a lot of leads like azelf and Aerodactyl, get an advantage against few, but bulky leads screw me up. I also have trouble preventing stealth rock. I'm not sure if choice band would be a better choice, because against a few players I've gotten the chance to set up, but it might just have been worse players.

Togekiss (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP/22 Def/236 Spd
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Air Slash
- Encore
- Thunder Wave
- Wish

I originally wanted to focus this team around Rhyperior so I wanted to choose things that could induce Paralysis. However, Togekiss ends up heping me hax my way past big threats more often than not, and helps fuck up a lot of setup with Encore.

Magnezone @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Magnet Pull
EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Naive nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Explosion
- Flash Cannon

Magnezone kills the Scizor that Weavile seems to always pull out. It's nice to get that kill over with early. He also helps revenge kill a lot, and barely helps with some of the Rotoms. To be honest though, he barely covers any of them.

Breloom (F) @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 46 HP/252 Atk/212 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Substitute
- Leech Seed
- Focus Punch
- Spore

I wanted something that could switch in on all of the electric and ground attacks I get. It meshes well with the toxic spikes that tentacruel sets up as well as the encores from togekiss. I also have no status absorbers, so I sort of needed something that could switch in on a sleep for me. Also helps me get past a lot of walls.

Tentacruel (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Liquid Ooze
EVs: 252 HP/122 Def/136 SDef
Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Surf
- Toxic Spikes
- Rapid Spin
- Captivate

Walls a lot of stuff that I need walled, like infernape. The toxic spikes really benefit breloom too. I didn't know how to deal with Latias and Cresselia, so I just put captivate on it. I have trouble finding time to Rapid Spin. Tentacruel Helps more against mixed special threats, and attracts ground moves so I can get Togekiss in. The problem is that all of my special bulk is weak to electric. I tried to add include as many resists as I could, but I still sort of cringe when I see a rotom or anything that could t-bolt me.

Rhyperior (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Solid Rock
EVs: 6 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Aqua Tail
- Megahorn

I try to clean up with this, But it seems too slow. I'd love to think I can get what I need paralyzed but it's just not true. I still love the power it has for a sweep, but I need to outspeed more I think.

I just want some honest to goodness opinions on what the biggest holes are in this team. I'll say right now that I don't have many good responses to anything that gets a DD up or enemy Breloom or Rotom forms. There are multiple other problems that I can't think of off hand. BTW I'm Trashure on shoddy

Im not the best at rating but i think i can help here.

Well firstly, if you want a run a lead weavie (whitch even i sadly admit is a bad idea nowadays) i would replace swords dance with Fake out. It ruins focus sashers, and gives u a free hit on any switch in. Also on weavile id put a focus sash on him instead of LO, as it can make him survive at least one hit every time. Brick break can also be replaced with counter alowing you to kill things like brongzong. Also move the HP EV's into speed as weavile can use all it can get. An azelf or metagross lead could go well here, there very reliable leads and could help out by giving you things like stealth rock while bieng pretty effective sweepers, if your intrested you can reply asking me of the sets.

Togekiss looks good, although thunder wave would give you better coverage but its a matter of personal prefrence, wish is pretty team oriented but roost is more reliable, unless you absulutly think you need wishsupport.

Magnezone is always nice on a team, especially with your weavile who loves to lure the red bugs out. I see nothing wrong with him.

This might just be my innate hatred for breeloom, but i always find it overated, it has a plethora of weaknesses and is pretty gimmicky, and you dont need more fire weaknesses. Reconsider what other sweeper you could replace him with. Salamance is extremly versatile and you could easily fit him or any other strong physical sweeper here.

As for tentacruel he doesnt exactly seem to fit the team. You dont need toxic spikes or rapid spin suppot as nothing but togekiss is weak to it. I highly suggest you replace him with Vaporeon. I recomend the following set
Vaporeon
item:leftovers
Bold nature, 188 HP / 252 Def / 68 Spe
~ Wish
~ Protect
~ Surf
~ Hidden Power Electric / Ice Beam / Toxic / Yawn

Sorry for the fourth slot indecivness. Well anyway this vaporeon can provide for your scizor counter, better wish support, and a staller. Wish+protect gives you great recovery while surf counters things like heatran and infernape. If you choose HP electric you have a good gyara counter, with ice beam vaporeon has some rounded out coverage; with toxic you have a great pokemon to stall out those boosting pokemon late game. Yawn is catch all and what i suggest.

Rhyperior looks like a weak link on the team, he has good coverage but hes pretty damn slow, if you want something with the same job i guess you could go with tyranitar, or a special attacker as you dont have many on the team.

Well thats all i have to offer at the moment, good luck!
