I think you might need more detailed explanations. Also, have chandy run HP Ground over HP fighting, as HP fighting 3HKs The Offensive Heatrans. Have land-T use an expert belt, so all his moves get boosted by hitting SE against threats. Also run Stealth Rocks over HP ice on Heatran, as Dragon pulse+Flametrower(Relpace with Fire Blast)+ Earth power is all the coverage you need.

On venusaur id suggest swapping out growth and giga drain. I fined a mixed set works the best, with Energy Ball/ Solar Beam | Sleep Powder | Earthquake | Hidden Power (ice)
The above moveset doesnt get walled by heatran or dragons as yours does. (Two very common pokes, although in the BW2 meta i guess hp fire > hp ice could be good as genesect is number 1 in usage, but its up to you.
Make descriptions longer too, and put in pictures, youll find you get better rates if you do put the time into making the RMT, people will put time into fixing your time.
Gl anyway

Please expand on your Pokemon's roles, simply saying 'standard set duh' doesn't cuts it. RMT Rule #3 states: All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice. This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.

To get an in-dept view on this, check out the RMT Archive to see the kind of detail we usually look for. PM me with the recommended changes and this thread will get unlocked.
