HAAAAAAAAX! OU RMT

New to gen V, but not new to comp pokemon at all :). My friend helped my put together a team which I've changed to what it is today. I haven't gotten that far on the ladder with a peak of 1251 points. I've won a couple OU tournaments on the smogon server as well with this team.

Deoxys-S @ Focus Sash Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 164 Atk / 92 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes
- Fire Punch
- Taunt

---Deoxys-S outruns all the other leads today. Taunt is used on predicted stealth rocks/spikes/taunts. Fire punch is used as well for scizors, which ALWAYS get switched into deoxys to u-turn. I'm able to 2hko or maybe ohko w/ rocks up using fire punch. Spikes aren't priority so I might only get a layer up if lucky. Deoxys-S usually dies early on and pretty much only used to stop the other team from getting rocks up and setting up rocks.

Thundurus (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Prankster
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Focus Blast
- Thunderbolt
- Taunt

---Thundurus plays an important role on my team as a wallbreaker and a spA sweeper. Taunt is used in order to stop pokemon from setting up/status attacks/other stuff. Hidden power ice is so I can ohko Gliscor/landurus/dragons. Thunderbolt is pretty obvious and Focus blast is for tyranitar/blissey/ferrothorn. He usually doesn't live very long, but does a great amount of damage

Rotom-W @ (Choice Scarf)
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump

---Rotom-W is my "scouter" and other special attacker. He is used to absorb fire attacks and bullet punches as well as using the only water attack on my team. He is my main answer to Starmie, who can sweep my team. He is also my main answer to fast special attackers like other thundurus and gengar. Rotom-W is usually one of the last to survive in a battle since he gets switched out so much. I used to have Darmanatan in this slot, but all he did was soak up damage from fire attacks. Rotom-W turned out to be a much better choice.

Celebi @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 108 Def / 108 SDef / 36 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Giga Drain
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Thunder Wave
- Recover

---Celebi plays a big role on my team. I choose to give a bulky EV spread in order to soak up as much damage as possible. Thunder wave is the main attack here which cripples the other team. Celebi is my main answer to swampert and anyone in general. Hidden Power fire usually 2hko's scizor, but by the time I send out Celebi, scizor would have taken a lot of damage from hazards and other various things. Celebi is usually sent out on volt switches. Recover isn't used that often, and so I'm thinking of replacing it with leech seed or something.

Dragonite (M) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Multiscale
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Fire Punch
- ExtremeSpeed
- Outrage

---Dragonite is my mid to late game sweeper. Having multiscale, I usually send him in when I can get a free switch and when there isn't any srocks. When I do, I can easily get a DDance off and survive practically anything. After a DDance, I usually take out 2 pokes with outrage early on. If I send him out later in the battle, I'm usually able to take advantage or a crippled pokemon / weak one and collect a couple DDance to sweep the other team. He has saved me a bunch of times with extreme speed. Especially when I'm playing against a Volcarona. Fire punch is used against Ferrothorn and Bronzong. Outrage is the general go-to move and extreme speed is used against stuff I know I can't outspeed. It is also my only attack which gets priority on this team, so it is very important against opponents that have set up DDances or something on me.

TLR (Terrakion) @ Air Balloon
Trait: Justified
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Close Combat
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Swords Dance

---Terrakion is my main answer to Excadrill and my other physical sweeper. He is also my heatran counter. He is very powerful and is usually the last pokemon to be sent out. Close combat is to take out heatran w/ air balloon, Stone edge is for Leviating Dragons/psychics and earthquake is for metagross and other pokemon who resist CC and SE.

Couple things-
It's a toss up if you should switch out recover for leech seed on celebi. Leech seed makes people think about switching more, and you could use that to your advantage if you get your hazards up with deoxys. But recover is 50% of your health, ao it's a matter of preference.
Also, I would suggest putting trick on your rotom-w instead of volt switch. Tricking away a scarf and crippling something is invaluable, and it allows you to be more flexible with your moves.
Last thing: You should consider putting nasty plot on your thundurus. I don't know which move you would sacrifice for it, but a nasty plot thundurus w/life orb and max spatk is a fearsome sight

Replace Fire Punch with Superpower on your Deoxys-S as it allows it to OHKO TTars with no Hp investments, while still putting the hurt on those pesky Scizors/Excadrills. Also TWave over Taunt as it can truly cripple opposing sweepers, and giving you the advantage with potential parahax.

Definitely change taunt to nasty plot on thundurus
For rotom change hp ice to trick, nearly no point in hp ice
On dragonite, use earthquake instead of extreme speed
