What is the bug?
In Gen 7 Pure Hackmons, using a crystal-free Z-move (CFZ) will automatically update that Pokemon's item in the tooltip to the corresponding Z-Crystal, despite the lack of the "surrounded itself with its Z-Power!" text making clear that this is a CFZ, not a regular Z-move.
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
