Just some item issues.
You should move some of your SDef and Atk EVs into Speed in order to outrun Adamant Tyranitar. Gallade needs 104 Spd EVs to do that. Keep at least 52 SDef so you can survive Mence's Draco Meteor.
Zoom Lens isn't a good item, use Leftovers instead.
If you're going to use that Lucario, give it Life Orb. Salac Berry is only for ones with Substitute.
I prefer Choice Band on Mamoswine, it deals a lot more damage without wasting away its high HP.
I don't think using both Azelf and Gengar on this team is a good idea, especially given that you have trouble with Weavile. In fact, you're really weak on the Defense side so you're going to be beaten down by a lot of physical hits.
Raplace Azelf with a physical wall that resists Fighting, because you have a 3x fightness weakness. I don't think you should've taken out Gliscor. Putting it back in would help this team a lot more.

Yache Berry is only for sweepers like Garchomp. Gliscor is a wall, so you should always use Leftovers.
Heatran is an interesting choice. It doesn't solve your Fighting weakness though, and if you put Gliscor in as well, you'll have trouble with Waters.
I'm not very fond of CM Bronzong. It's too situational, depending on what you Block and it's subject to Critical Hits.
