INTRODUCTION
Hello everybody! Im kinda new to competitive pokemon (3 months if that's considered new) and I just got the inspiration to post my first RMT
Let's get right into it!


WHY I DECIDED TO BUILD A HAIL HO

My initial goal was to climb up the ladder or atleast reach 1600s and I was stuck in around 1450s-1500s and as I made progress I started learning about the tier staples/threats etc. etc.
I was tired of not making progress and decided to build a hyper offence team
The first thought was to build a Hail hyper offence team hence this came to be


THE TEAM

So first off i needed a Hail setter
I went with ninetails although I could have went with auorus because of its speed tier and a faster Aurora Veil

The 248 Hp is to increase Ninetales-Alola's Bulk, 252 speed is to be as fast as possible outspeeding upto positive natured 108s and speed tying kartana
It's the standard smogon set

EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Aurora Veil
- Freeze-Dry
- Moonblast
- Hypnosis

Next up is big o'l Tyranitar,I wanted a sweeper mon that could check dragapult that this team struggles with and a general good sponge but not being passive

it's a simple dragon dance 3 attacks set with Weakness Policy

EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

- Fire Punch
- Thunder Punch

Next up is Latias,now this was an interesting pick
I realised that most of my sweepers were physical based and if it encountered a quagsire the team was dead meat once kart dies so I picked latias!
It's a bit unique set
I was deciding if I should put Agility or calm mind and as I went on testing I decided that calm mind is better
252 Hp is to increase latias's bulk and ensures that we can get the Weakness Policy boost, 252 speed with Timid outspeeds kartana and everything below

IVs: 0 Atk

Zeraora is just SUCH a good pokemon which is very versatile
I went for a bulk up version which can set up easier with the help of Aurora Veil
Eliminate the ground type and this thing goes in. 252 Atk is to hit as hard as possible and the 252 speed with Jolly outspeeds positive natured dragapult
Frankly speaking I needed something that could revenge kill dragapult and threw it in

Ability: Volt Absorb
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

- Plasma Fists
- Knock Off

Next Up is kartana! Another physical sweeper but this set is quite unique
It runs TIMID instead of JOLLY
the item of choice was protective pads to not take unnecessary chip damage and status such as static which would ruin it
252 speed is to be as fast as possible outspeeding base 108s and anything lower, I run 252 hp instead of 252 atk to make it easier to set up on defensive/passive mons,19 IVs is required so that the speed is 1 point higher than phys Atk boosting its speed after getting a kill,I've caught a lot of people surprised with this set and is very fun to use

Ability: Beast Boost
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 19 Atk
- Leaf Blade
- Knock Off
- Sacred Sword
- Swords Dance


Last but not least,corviknight!this mon is incredible, I chose corviknight over many others because even if this is a Hail HO I needed a mon that can still swap in on nuciences to the team such as lando,defensive mons etc.
This is a power trip set which I believe was used by Emvee
It's a good mixed sponge against hits and can turn itself into an offensive threat at will
112 speed allows corviknight to outspeed tapu koko after an Agility/+2 speed
The rest is just dumped into spdef to handle special threats such as fini, lele etc.

EVs: 252 HP / 8 Atk / 16 Def / 120 SpD / 112 Spe

WEAKNESSES
As its an offensive based team it generally struggles with a lot of offensive threats here are a few of them
1)Garchomp
this thing is an absolute menace to deal with
Once ninetails is dead and its at +2 you have to make some proper predictions to play around it and try and get some bulk ups on corvi to ensure you don't auto lose to it

2)Kartana
Just pray that you win the speedtie with ninetails or a few bulk ups with corvi
same as garchomp





FINAL THOUGHTS
This team has been really fun! It does have its fare share of Weakness but can play around it
Overall I genuinely feel good about building this decent team
Do leave me some suggestions/tips as I want to get to 1600s soon enough and do rate my first RTM speech thingy on a scale of 1-10
