In bulky teams, Hariyama can remove opponents' items, making incredable progress in bulky mirror matchups. Guts grants it the ability to absorb status moves like Thunder Wave and Scald, since its teammates may be crippled by these moves. To build a Fighting-type spam team structure, Paldean Tauros-W is highly appreciated for its great power and decent bulk. However, it will be worn down by entry hazards or other threats, so Defog users like Altaria and Cramorant; walls like Bronzong, Amoonguss, and Vaporeon; and pivots like Kilowattrel can be good teammates.
