Hattrem is the best user of Magic Bounce in ZU, carving it a niche as a unique form of entry hazard control. Psychic threatens most entry hazard setters, especially Qwilfish and Garbodor. Mystical Fire provides coverage for Ferroseed while crippling special attackers that would switch into Hattrem, like Rotom, Thievul, and Skuntank. Rest is Hattrem's best form of recovery and lets it PP stall entry hazard setters it struggles to defeat with its offensive moves, like Galarian Stunfisk. Sleep Talk prevents Hattrem from being completely passive after using Rest. A physically defensive spread is preferred, as most entry hazard setters are physical attackers.

Hattrem fits best on defensive teams that heavily dislike entry hazards. Pokemon that are very susceptible to entry hazards like Alcremie, Cofagrigus, and Golbat enjoy Hattrem consistently keeping entry hazards off the field. A secondary remover such as Articuno, Altaria, or Cramorant is required to handle entry hazard setters like Accelgor and Rhydon, which can break through Hattrem. Solid physical and special walls such as Tangela, Pyukumuku, Audino, and Galarian Stunfisk are needed, as Hattrem tends to invite in wallbreakers such as Silvally-Ghost, Shiftry, and Rotom due to its average bulk and mediocre offensive presence. Notably, counters like Altaria and Qwilfish are required to handle Centiskorch, which takes advantage of Hattrem to freely switch in.

Other Options
=============

Hattrem has a very wide movepool with options like Giga Drain for Rhydon, Nuzzle, Healing Wish, Aromatherapy, and Calm Mind. However, getting rid off one of the standard moves comes with a lot of opportunity cost and is not advisable.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Item Removal**: Hattrem relies on its Eviolite to reliably wall entry hazard setters such as defensive Rhydon and Garbodor and should avoid getting crippled by Knock Off users such as Audino and Sawk.

**Offensive Entry Hazard Setters**: Foes such as Froslass, Accelgor, and offensive Rhydon easily muscle through Hattrem and can set up entry hazards against it.

**Dark-, Ghost-, and Bug-type Pokemon and Coverage**: Pokemon such as Shiftry, Silvally-Ghost, and Centiskorch easily defeat Hattrem with their super effective STAB moves.

Hattrem is the best user of Magic Bounce in ZU, carving it a niche as a unique form of hazard control. Psychic lets it threaten most hazard setters ranging from Qwilfish to Garbodor to Coalossal. Mystical Fire provides Hattrem coverage for Ferroseed while crippling special attackers Rotom, Frosmoth, Magneton (Frosmoth doesn't really want to switch on nuzzle even without mystical fire when magneton has basically a free kill on hattrem) and Skuntank that would switch into Hattrem. Rest is Hattrem's best form of recovery and lets it PP stall hazard setters it can't defeat with (would change by "struggle to kill" because it technically can beat them) its offensive moves like Galarian Stunfisk. Sleep Talk allows Hattrem to not be completely passive after using Rest. A physically defensive spread is prefered as most hazard setters are physical attackers.

Hattrem fits at best in defensive teams that heavily dislike entry hazard. A secondary remover such as Articuno, Altaria, or Eldegoss is required to handle hazard setters like Froslass (None of them handles froslass, would remove), Accelgor, and Rhydon that can break through Hattrem. Solid physical and special walls such as Tangela, Pyukumuku, Audino, and Galarian Stunfisk are needed due to Hattrem inviting wallbreakers such as Silvally-Ghost, Kingler, Rotom, and Magneton due to its average bulk and mediocre offensive presence. [Cleric support from Audino, Clefairy, or Eldegoss is enjoyed by Hattrem as it makes up for Rest's liabilities, the former one is very noticeable for being able to provide Wish to heal Hattrem]. The cleric part is not necessary in my opinion. Mention something to punish Centiskorch since it's easily what most beginners will forget & it's the best stallbreaker. Maybe mention Golbat if you can since it hates entry hazards

**Item removal**: Hattrem relies on its Eviolite to reliable wall hazard setters such as defensive Rhydon and Garbodor, as a result Hattrem should avoid getting crippled by Knock Off users such as Audino and Sawk if facing such setters.

**Offensive hazard setters**: The likes of Froslass, Accelgor, and offensive Rhydon, easily muscle through Hattrem and can therefore setup hazards.

**Dark, Ghost, and Bug Pokemon and moves**: Hattrem being weak to these types lets it defeated by Pokemon using moves of these types such as Shiftry, Silvally-Ghost, and Centiskorch.

Hattrem is the best user of Magic Bounce in ZU, carving it a niche as a unique form of hazard control. Psychic lets it threaten most hazard setters, especially ranging from Qwilfish to and Garbodor to Coalossal (More accurate to focus on the ones weak to Psychic as the "threatens most setters" would already imply the neutral targets) Mystical Fire provides Hattrem coverage for Ferroseed while crippling special attackers Rotom, Thievul, and Skuntank that would switch into Hattrem. Rest is Hattrem's best form of recovery and lets it PP stall hazard setters it struggles to defeat with its offensive moves like Galarian Stunfisk. Hattrem fits at best in defensive teams that heavily dislike entry hazard. A secondary remover such as Articuno, Altaria, or Eldegoss Cramorant (VR) is required to handle hazard setters like Accelgor and Rhydon that can break through Hattrem. Solid physical and special walls such as Tangela, Pyukumuku, Audino, and Galarian Stunfisk are needed due to Hattrem inviting wallbreakers such as Silvally-Ghost, Shiftry, and Rotom due to its average bulk and mediocre offensive presence. Notably, Centiskorch, one of the hardest wallbreakers to switch into, it can freely come on Hattrem, therefore counters like Altaria and Qwilfish are required. Pokemon very susceptible to Stealth Rock entry hazards like Alcremie, Cofagrigus, and Golbat enjoy Hattrem keeping consistently hazard off the field. (This last line should be the second line, as your opening mentions teams that dislike hazards but lacks examples. Put it there, and note that I expanded the line to include teammates that are Spikes / Toxic Spikes weak as well)
