[Overview]

Thanks to Magic Bounce, Hattrem can deter entry hazard setters, an incredibly valuable niche due to the tier's lack of hazard removal options. It also has quite a solid offensive presence, bringing a solid Special Attack stat and good coverage options. Hattrem's utility movepool is very deep too, with good options such as Aromatherapy, Healing Wish, and Nuzzle. Furthermore, it has quite decent bulk with Eviolite and can check threats like Garbodor, Sandaconda, and Regirock. However, it's very susceptible to getting worn down over time, and it's threatened by a lot of common Pokemon in the tier, such as Guzzlord, Jellicent, and Scrafty. Furthermore, against entry hazard setters like Sandslash, Aggron, and Palossand, it can struggle to deny hazards, making it obsolete in certain matchups.

move 3: Healing Wish

[SET COMMENTS]

Giga Drain hits common Stealth Rock setters such as Gigalith, Regirock, and Sandaconda while also providing Hattrem with recovery. Healing Wish can provide its teammates with a second opportunity to beat down the opposing team, especially if they got KOed in the process of removing a check or counter. Mystical Fire gives Hattrem a way to hit Steel-types like Ferrossed and Togedemaru. If running Nuzzle, strong but slower wallbreakers are especially potent teammates. To improve its longevity, Hattrem can run Rest alongside Sleep Talk, but this does cost it two valuable moveslots. 12 Speed EVs let Hattrem outspeed uninvested base 50 Speed Pokemon, notably Regirock, Aggron, and Audino. Due to Hattrem's supportive nature, it should be run alongside powerful wallbreakers, especially those that hate entry hazards like Choice item Galarian Articuno, Sneasel, and Choice Specs Jellicent. Knock Off hurts Hattrem quite a lot, as it relies on its item quite heavily for its bulk, so Pokemon that can switch into Knock Off such as Togedemaru, Sandaconda, and Wishiwashi are incredibly valued teammates.

Thanks to Magic Bounce, Hattrem can act as a deterrent for hazard setters, an incredibly valuable niche due to the lack of hazard removal options in the tier. Its also got quite a solid offensive presence, which can be attributed to its Special Attack stat (nitpick, but some adjective like "decent" should probably be used before the words "Special Attack".) and good coverage options, its movepool is quite wide in general, giving it ample options for utility moves as well. (split this sentence in two and discuss some of the utility options hattrem can run in the second sentence.) Furthermore, it has quite decent bulk with Eviolite and can check threats like Garbodor, Sandaconda, and Regirock. However, its very susceptible to getting worn down over time, and is threatened by a lot of common Pokemon in the tier, such as Galarian Articuno, Jellicent, and Scrafty.

Psychic is a reliable STAB-move that threatens Pokemon like Garbodor, and Weezing, as well as neutrally hit foes like Archeops and Charizard. (a little on the "obvious" side.) Giga Drain hits common Stealth Rock setting Pokemon such as Gigalith, Regirock, and Sandaconda, while also providing Hattrem with passive recovery. Healing Wish allows it to support its teammates such Gallade, Jellicent, or Perrserker, as they kinda rely on being healthy to break, but end up getting worn down and statused quite easily; the second opportunity given by Healing Wish can let them beat down the opposing team once more, especially if they garnered their chip damage from removing a check or counter. (this sentence has good information but is a bit long and more or less stops being about hattrem by the second half.) (i'm also not sure you should give examples of teammates this early on, that kind of info would be best saved for the end.) Mystical Fire gives Hattrem a way to hit Steel-types like Ferrossed and Togedemaru, and also lets it soft check Special Attackers like Charizard and Mespirit. Aromatherapy can be used to cure its teammates of status aliments. Lastly, Nuzzle is an option which lets Hattrem cripple the opposing team by paralyzing them, which is especially potent alongside strong wallbreakers like Choice Specs Jellicent, Gallade, or Perrserker. (same thing about teammate examples as above here, leave it at "strong but slow wallbreakers" or smth along those lines.) 12 Speed lets Hattrem outspeed uninvested base 50 Speed Pokemon, notably Regirock, Aggron, and Audino. Due to Hattrems supportive nature it should be run alongside powerful breakers that can offensively pressure the opposing team, notably it enables breakers that hate hazards like choiced Galarian Articuno, Sneasel, and Choice Specs Jellicent quite excellently. Knock Off hurts Hattrem quite a lot as it relies on its item quite heavily for its bulk, so Pokemon that can switch into Knock Off such as Togedemaru, Sandaconda, and Wishiwashi are incredibly valued teammates.

definitely mention running rest + sleep talk while discussing moves

Mystical Fire gives Hattrem a way to hit Steel-types like Ferrossed and Togedemaru, and also lets it soft check Special Attackers like Charizard and Mespirit you're still losing to them and nuzzle is more profitable, would disregard this one.
