I am an admin!

ice eyes is a good user

[Overview]
-best admin
- crazy weird stats
- 115 spa 95 spe and crappy other stats
- cool as hell
- molestatore in italian

[SET]
name: Substitute
move 1: Substitute
move 2: Shadow Ball
move 3: Sludge Bomb
move 4: Pain Split / Hidden Power Ground
item: Life Orb / Leftovers
nature: Timid
evs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
- p. good coverage in 3 moves
-hits like a truck, needs leftovers
-frail as hell
-sub whenever possible
-use whatever move nessesary to kill the opposing pokemon
- shadow ball hits everything used in the tier except for maybe audino and CB wigglytuff
-sludge bomb hits those two and it also will hurt quite a number of Pokemon coming in on haunter
- Pain Split can heal you which is something haunter really likes
-hp ground removes rock- and steel-types which plague haunter

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]
-timid outspeeds a bunch of stuff it needs to like sawk and pinsir
- hp fighting can be used as an alternative to hp ground, but you lose out on skunktank, a p. good counter to haunter
- powerful pokemon, able to be used as a sweeper if needed

[SET]
name: SubDisable
move 1: Substitute
move 2: Disable
move 3: Shadow Ball
move 4: Hidden Power Fighting / Sludge Bomb
item: Leftovers
nature: Timid
evs: / 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
-Use Substitute, and then Disable whatever breaks your substitute
-Shadow Ball is a good stab
-HP Fighting gives pretty sweet coverage with Sball
-Sludge Bomb is more powerful, but then you’re walled by rock- and steel-types

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]
-EVs give you max speed and special attack, while investing a miniscule amount into defenses. not like it’ll help you
-timid outspeeds a bunch of stuff it needs to like sawk and pinsir
-leftovers are for healing away evil substitute hp losses
- teams that need a spinblocker that can actually deal damage outside of will-o-wisp should use haunter
- subdisable doesnt really need so much support, but wishpassing from stuff like alomomola is appreciated
- you can use modest i guess

[Set]
name: Choice Scarf
move 1: Shadow Ball
move 2: Sludge Bomb
move 3: HP ground
move 4: Thunderbolt
item: Choice Scarf
nature: Timid
evs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
-fast as sonic
-shadow ball and sludge bomb are nice STABs
-hp ground for rock- and steel-types
-tbolt for braviary and lapras
- must predict well
[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]
- if out-predicted, haunter will be useless
- evs give it max speed and special attack
- timid outspeeds stuff it needs to like gorybess
- trick ca be used to bother switch-ins
- useful as a revenge killer / spinblocker

[Other Options]
Hypnosis + Dream Eater
-trick
-sunny day and rain dance
-BOOM
-Destiny Bond

[Checks and Counters]
-Depending on the set, different counters
-make sure it doesnt have a substitute when it kills something
-if it doesnt have tbolt, alomomola can probably stall the fuck out of haunter
-anything else that can take a hit or 2 (or 3) and being able to hit back

Oh yeah, I missed that - Life Orb should be the main option on the first set. Also, Scarf needs Timid at least slashed in order to outspeed +2 Gorebyss, Scarf Sawk and Mortar, etc.

Just something I noticed, nothing too huge. In the first set, on the Set Comments section, you mention hp fighting instead of ground. Also, wouldn't Trick be good enough to deserve a slash on the Scarf set?

Mention trick for the scarf set, make the nature timid and relegate modest to the AC. Beating other scarfers and Gorebyss is too important. Also, the second set should have HP Ground slashed with Sludge bomb. I personally wouldn't even slash sludge bomb on that set simply because you need the coverage provided by Hidden Power ground.

I actually prefer Sludge Bomb over HP Ground when I'm using SubSplit, since really the only things that give me trouble are Probopass and Skuntank. People forget that Sludge Bomb is actually more powerful than Shadow Ball, and it does some serious damage with LO, easily OHKOing Absol provided you win the Sub mindgame and hurting the hell out of the bulky Normal-types. I'd almost want it to be the main secondary option over HP Ground, with the last slash being Pain Split / HP Ground. I feel like Sludge Bomb is just a better option overall, since the point of Haunter is to damage as much shit as possible as fast as possible. If I lose out on a couple of "niche" Pokemon (more people use Regirock and Absol than Probopass and Skuntank), then whatever, I have semi-reliable healing and have 5 other teammates. Also LO > Leftovers, SubSplit is so good.

In other news, you need to stop talking about what counters this Pokemon in each set (because you have a whole section for that), and add in teammates. You have zero mention of teammates in this skeleton which is just not acceptable.
