Having problems connecting

Greetings.

I can't connect to showdown in the web-app nor when I download the desktop client. I've tried on IE, firefox and chrome. Chat is not displaying. I try to log in, but it never does (it never says anything. does nothing).

I also cannot connect to another battle sim. Having similar problems there. I know battles are going on, but the battle list is displaying empty and I cant send Pop Up chat messages to them (I know its not showdown...jsut trying to provide all the info).

What in the world could be preventing me from connecting???

Check your computer for malware. It's definitely not a server-side issue, but seems more like an issue with your computer.

Also, post stuff like this in the Technical Support thread in the future.
