Main issues: hard to code and not a wanted tier.
Nintendo will never release a Pokemon game that allows all Gimmicks. There are a ton of fans that use this site that would very much want to replicate battles from Pokemon Journeys where Ash could use all the gimmicks. Obviously, one gimmick per Pokemon not just all of them on one (Once you Gigantamax Charizard, you can't Mega him or Tera. Then the other mons can use Mega or Tera but can't use Dynamax since it was used already). This site already gives the options to use Pokemon that aren't allowed in battles because they aren't in the games due to lack of National Dex. So I don't see why we are being so realistic when it comes to this feature.
There is not a SINGLE website or game that allows this. I doubt there would be a competitive tier for this but to have it just for fun since this will never happen. It will definitely make this site standout and bring in people who never use the site.
I think you could release a patreon or donation goal. If that donation goal is reached, that would show you that it is wanted since one of the main reasons I saw from admins was that this was not a wanted tier to warrant the work. Then you get some money to go towards coding. I just think that it is tiring how NO1 wants to break the boundaries that Nintendo sets: battle formats that completely remove fan favorite gimmicks. There should be a site or game that allows EVERYTHING Pokemon, not just the same battle format tiers.
