[SET COMMENTS]

Due to its ability and typing, Heliolisk is a fast pivot in RU that can switch into Water- and Ghost-types like Milotic, Jellicent, and Choice-locked Chandelure and revenge kill Mimikyu. However, it is outclassed by other Electric-types like Raikou and Xurkitree when it comes to checking Flying-types like Togekiss, and Heliolisk cannot break down bulky builds and Pokemon like Umbreon and Registeel as effectively as Xurkitree. Grass Knot takes care of common Ground-type switch-ins such as Gastrodon and Rhyperior. U-turn is preferred for a guaranteed pivoting option, while Volt Switch deals more damage but can be blocked by common Ground-types such as Flygon, Steelix, and Nidoqueen. Hyper Voice hits Grass-types like Celebi and Roserade for decent damage and 2HKOes Flygon as well as offensive Nidoqueen after Stealth Rock, while Surf 2HKOes Nidoqueen and 3HKOes Steelix. Focus Blast is a niche option to hit targets such as Incineroar, Steelix, and Registeel much harder, but it is unreliable. Heavy-Duty Boots enables Heliolisk to safely pivot throughout a match.

Slow wallbreakers and setup sweepers like Incineroar, Nidoqueen, and Nasty Plot Celebi appreciate Heliolisk's pivoting. Water-types deal with pesky Ground-types like Nidoqueen and Steelix; Golisopod is a notable Water-type partner that covers Heliolisk's Ground weakness and threatens Grass-types like Celebi. Metagross, Lucario, and Incineroar appreciate Heliolisk checking Water-types, and the former two also like Heliolisk revenge killing Mimikyu. In return, they take advantage of the momentum Heliolisk generates to break through opposing teams. Psychic- and Ghost-types like Gardevoir, Bronzong, Celebi, Dhelmise, and Chandelure benefit from Heliolisk's Ghost immunity. Heliolisk's Water immunity also benefits Chandelure and lets Heliolisk absorb Scald for partners like Dhelmise.

Because of the RU metagame having an assortment of bulky Water-types, Heliolisk finds a use in RU as a wallbreaker that can also pivot. helio has 3 attributes that make it worth using: 1) electric type aka beats waters + flying 2) immunities to water + ghost 3) fast pivoting. make sure you mention these in your opening sentence. Thunderbolt is to hit the aforementioned Water-types super-effectively. Against Ground-types, U-turn allows for pivoting which is why it's preferred over Volt Switch, but, if you don't fear Ground-types, you may run Volt Switch as a more powerful option. mention it makes you more vulnerable to nidoqueen Grass Knot takes care of the tier's common Ground-types, and it hits Gastrodon, who won't mind coming on your STAB, super-effectively. Dark Pulse is another option that hits most of the tier neutrally bar Dark-types themselves and Metagross, who gets hit super-effectively. Surf is yet another option for this slot because it hits Nidoqueen harder, but is worse coverage and doesn't ohko rhyperior. Ground-types harder but is not preferred because incoming Water-types, predicting this, tank it, and Gastrodon, who takes no damage, gets +1 boost in special attack because of it. As your last move, Hyper Voice is a nice middle ground if you don't know what's coming in and hits grass types for decent dmg. also mention focus blast.. While Choice Specs boosts your damage output, it limits you to only using one attack for the rest of your time out there, but Heavy-Duty Boots allows you to switch up moves and be immune to hazards so that you safely pivot the entire game. Now, a Choice Scarf set is also viable if you desire speed control. If so, a moveset of Volt Switch, Thunderbolt, Grass Knot, and Hyper Voice or Surf will do. A Choice Scarf set does amazing on slower teams and acts as a great lead pivot.
(space)
It also checks many common set-up sweepers such as Speed Boost Sharpedo, Shell Smash Polteageist, and Adamant Shell Smash Cloyster or, at the very least, will bring them down into range of a priority move. Slow wallbreakers and set-up sweepers like Jolly Incineroar, Modest Nidoqueen, Shell Smash Polteageist, and Nasty Plot Celebi that appreciate Heliolisk's pivoting are great partners that let Heliolisk do its job well. Water-types, in general, are also great partners as they take care of the Ground-types that Heliolisk fears. An example is Golisopod; it's a notable partner as it resists both of Heliolisk's weaknesses, and it hits Grass- and Ground-types super-effectively which Heliolisk struggles against. Hazard clearers are also amazing partners for Heliolisk if you lack Heavy-Duty Boots. Because of this, Levitate Galarian Weezing with Defog which either resists or is immune to both of Heliolisks's weaknesses, Ground and Fighting, while also providing hazard control is an amazing partner.
mention pokemon that appreciate a switch in to water types and pokemon that like the ghost immunity

Heliolisk finds a use in RU as a fast wallbreaker that can switch in on Waters and Ghosts (correct terminology here is "Water- and Ghost-types") freely due to its Dry Skin Ability and normal typing, respectively; handle Flyings (Flying-types) like Crobat; (just a comma is fine) and provide fast pivoting. Grass Knot takes care of the tier's common Ground-types, and it hits Gastrodon, who won't mind coming on your STAB, super-effectively. Volt Switch allows for pivoting, but, while stronger, it gets stopped by Ground-types, making you weaker to Nidoqueen queen is super common which makes volt switch way less reliable. put this after uturn and reword as needed.. Against said Ground-types, U-turn allows for pivoting which is why it may be preferred over Volt Switch. As your last move, Focus Blast is nice to nail Incineroar, Steelix, and Porygon2, but Hyper Voice is a nicer, more accurate middle ground if you don't know what's coming in and hits Grass-types for decent damage. Surf is another option for a coverage move as it hits Nidoqueen harder but is worse coverage overall and fails to OHKO Rhyperior reword this considering you're likely using gknot+ surf, mention hitting lix. Heavy-Duty Boots allows you to safely pivot the entire game.

Slow wallbreakers and set-up sweepers like Jolly Incineroar, Modest Nidoqueen, Shell Smash Polteageist, and Nasty Plot Celebi that appreciate Heliolisk's pivoting are great partners that let Heliolisk do its job well. Pokemon that prefer a Water- or Ghost-type switch-in also benefit off of Heliolisk like Incineroar, Chandelure, and Gardevoir. separate this into two points, mention metagross under water types. also mention dhelmise cause dhelmise cant switch into water types well and likes the ghost immune

Heliolisk finds a use in RU as a fast wallbreaker (id say its more of a pivot than a wallbreaker. very rarely do you see helio breaking through teams itself like a pangoro or xurkitree would) that can switch in on Water- and Ghost-types freely due to its Dry Skin Ability and part-Normal typing, respectively; handle Flying-types like Crobat, and provide fast pivoting. Grass Knot takes care of the tier's common Ground-types, such as Rhyperior and Gastrodon and it hits Gastrodon, who won't mind coming on your Heliolisk's STABs, super-effectively. Against Ground-types, U-turn allows for pivoting, which is why it's preferred over Volt Switch, but, if you don't fear Ground-types, you may run Volt Switch as a more powerful option, however, this makes you weaker to Nidoqueen. U-turn is often run over Volt Switch to pivot on Ground-types such as Flygon and Steelix. Volt Switch can be run over or along with U-turn for greater damage distribution. As your last move, Hyper Voice is a nice STAB middle ground if you don't know what's coming in and hits Grass-types like Roserade for decent damage, but Surf nails Ground-types that wouldn't mind taking a Grass Knot like Nidoqueen and Steelix. Another, more niche, option is Focus Blast which allows you to hit Incineroar, Steelix, and Porygon2 Registeel (regi mu is more relevant and actually threating regi for more than 20% is big). Heavy-Duty Boots allows you to safely pivot the entire game.

also, this should probably be upgraded to a full analysis considering helio is A- on the VR now. QC team will probably tell you whether that will happen or not. and dw, upgrading to a full is not difficult as it seems, just a lot of copy pasting certain points to specific sections. hope to see you write more!

@ upgrading to full, its not 100% necessary, at this point we are prioritising getting the info on site since its nearing the end of the gen rather than full vs mini.

@ the qc 2/2 and am check, i should be able to look at these later today, ill do the actual qc + comment on the am check.

ok firstly, wanted to comment on the colors you use. while its easy to tell what color code refers to what after looking through the whole thing, if you're using multiple colors and not one like what zizallith would do, i would recommend colors with better correlation. e.g. for what i use, i use green for stuff to add, red for stuff to remove, and blue (any color will do) for comments. try to make it clearer at one glance!

onto the content, wouldn't slash all those moves unless absolutely necessary (try to avoid more than 1 slash in a single moveslot). in this case, focus blast is a more niche option because most of the targets already get hit by surf/gk, and would not want to have an inaccurate move for a pivot mon, therefore a mention will do. dpulse not needed to slash because you dont even mention and u hit all of its targets with hvoice well enough. moving to nature, no need to slash naive, as it does not make u-turn outdamage recover and isnt worth reducing ur defenses for.

nice comment about it being a pivot > wallbreaker and good comparisons to help the writer understand, good job removing the fluff "and provide fast pivoting" as its already mentioned in the first line. would probs try to help tidy up sentences wherever possible to make sure even new players can read it and get what's going on - under the job scope of qc also technically, and i think the first sentence is something that can be made clearer for sure. nice attempt on tidying up the u-turn vs volt switch section, would probs not suggest volt switch can be run along u-turn though, takes up too much space for a 4mss mon like helio alr is. for focus blast section, good job identifying registeel > p2 as a mention as regi is way more common and is a very relevant target. however, as a general pointer, for an inaccurate move that ends up being a niche option, normally you would want to mention that while it may hit targets harder, for example here incin and steelix get hit by surf alr as it is, theres an accuracy tradeoff (which you don't rly take cuz its not a breaker - although you dont have to mention this, just good to know)

Slow wallbreakers and set-up sweepers like Jolly Incineroar, Modest Nidoqueen, Shell Smash Polteageist, and Nasty Plot Celebi that appreciate Heliolisk's pivoting are great partners that let Heliolisk do its job well. cutting fluff - good! @ the part about water-types being great partners to help helio against ground-types, would probs work in that its vs healthy ground-types, cuz otherwise helio has no trouble clicking gk/hvoice/surf to dispose of them. i think helio's pivoting role can be mentioned slightly more in this para cuz its the main role of helio after all - could work it into the part about pairing with meta/incin/hera as those are good physical breakers that appreciate momentum too. also would try to make the partnerships not seem so one-way, for example, using the same pt about meta/incin/hera, you can mention that they can also help soften the opposing grounds/steels for helio to give it an easier time pivoting around for your breakers.

ok i may have ended up typing quite a bit but i hope it helps you out as you continue to try to check more stuff. if u have any queries about some of the points, u can always msg me on discord! overall i think its a pretty decent check for your first time afaik, theres certain stuff that can be worked on though, like finding areas to tweak and adjust the content so it reads better for new players.

Heliolisk finds a use in RU as a fast wallbreaker pivot (refer to oyster's amcheck for the reasoning) that can switch in on Water- and Ghost-types freely due to its Dry Skin Ability ability and part-Normal typing. (add period), respectively; handle Flying-types like Crobat, and provide fast pivoting. It is also able to handle the common Flying-types in the tier such as Crobat and Togekiss. (while you do have good points, you don't have to cramp them all into one sentence, can make it hard to read/understand. also "provide fast pivoting" is fluff because it's alr mentioned at the start). Grass Knot takes care of the tier's common Ground-types, and it hits Gastrodon, who won't mind coming on your STAB, super-effectively. Ground-type switchins such as Gastrodon and Rhyperior. Against Ground-types, U-turn allows for pivoting, which is why it's preferred over Volt Switch, but, if you don't fear Ground-types, you may run Volt Switch as a more powerful option, however, this makes you weaker to Nidoqueen. U-turn is preferred as it allows for a guaranteed pivoting option, while Volt Switch generates more damage output but can be blocked by common Ground-types such as Flygon, Steelix, and Nidoqueen. (makes it clear why u-turn is preferred - guaranteed pivoting, and also brings across the pt that volt switch is stronger but blocked by ground-types. the way you had it written kept going back to the point about ground-types, which can be very messy and confusing to understand). As your last move, Hyper Voice is a nice STAB middle ground if you don't know what's coming in and that hits Grass-types like Celebi and Roserade (do mention examples when appropriate) for decent damage, but Surf nails Ground-types like Nidoqueen and Steelix that wouldn't mind taking a Grass Knot like Nidoqueen and Steelix. (as much as possible, list the examples right after the categories). Another, more niche, option is Focus Blast which allows you to hit Incineroar, Steelix, and Porygon2. Focus Blast is a niche option that allows it to hit targets such as Incineroar, Steelix, and Registeel harder; however, the accuracy tradeoff makes it less reliable. (incin and lix still hit by surf, so mention that they're hit harder, but the acc tradeoff isnt worth it for a pivot like lisk). Heavy-Duty Boots allows you enables Heliolisk to safely pivot the entire game.

Slow wallbreakers and set-up sweepers like Jolly Incineroar, Modest Nidoqueen, Shell Smash Polteageist, and Nasty Plot Celebi that appreciate Heliolisk's pivoting are great partners that let Heliolisk do its job well. (don't need to mention natures - the only time its rly mentioned in analyses is in the first para of set details when you're trying to justify why a certain nature is used when it may not be as apparent). Water-types, in general, are also great partners as they take care of the Ground-types like Rhyperior and Steelix that Heliolisk fears struggles to deal with when they are healthy. (stating that its when they're healthy is more accurate because otherwise helio can just gknot/surf when they're weakened). An example is Golisopod; it's a notable partner as it resists both of Heliolisk's weaknesses, and it hits Grass- and Ground-types super-effectively like Celebi, Rhyperior, and Steelix which Heliolisk struggles against. (super-effectively is generally implied when talking bout what partners hit, you only mention it when ure talking bout coverage moves). Pokemon that prefer a Water- or Ghost-type switch-in also benefit off of Heliolisk. Metagross, Incineroar, and Heracross benefit off of Heliolisk's Water immunity, so they don't have to take a Scald. In return, they are able to take advantage of the momentum Heliolisk generates to break through opposing teams and soften Ground- and Steel-types such as Rhyperior, Steelix, and Registeel to give Heliolisk an easier time. (don't have to follow exact wording but i just wrote out an example to bring across the pt better - try to expand on certain partnerships to avoid it being so one-dimensional, for example in this case, the partnership between helio and meta/incin/hera have more values that can be mentioned). In a similar vein, Gardevoir, Bronzong, and Celebi appreciate Heliolisk's Ghost immunity. Dhelmise and Chandelure are two Pokemon that exceptionally benefit off of Heliolisk's immunities, as they struggle to switch into both Water- and Ghost-types alike.

hi, sorry if the check does seem quite a lot to look through - this does not imply that your analysis is bad. i think certain stuff can be picked up over time, your content is good but do take note about how they're presented and try to clean up your points / avoid fluff in your write-ups so the info gets across better. also, good to take note of additional info that can be mentioned and in what ways to help improve your points and make them clearer. i tried to explain what i think of while looking through it if that helps you understand why certain changes are made. if there's any queries or anything you want me to clarify, feel free to message me.

Dhelmise and Chandelure are two Pokemon that exceptionally benefit off of Heliolisk's immunities, as they struggle to switch into both Water- and Ghost-types alike.

hi, sorry if the check does seem quite a lot to look through - this does not imply that your analysis is bad. i think certain stuff can be picked up over time, your content is good but do take note about how they're presented and try to clean up your points / avoid fluff in your write-ups so the info gets across better. also, good to take note of additional info that can be mentioned and in what ways to help improve your points and make them clearer. i tried to explain what i think of while looking through it if that helps you understand why certain changes are made. if there's any queries or anything you want me to clarify, feel free to message me.

qc 2/2 when done.

qc 3/2 should be generally straightforward, if you've not been already, hit reply and implement the QC check from there, it's easier this way.

Heliolisk finds a use in RU as a fast pivot that can switch in on Water- and Ghost-types like Milotic, Jellicent, and choiced Chandelure freely(Practical examples should generally be provided in the overview, as to not be nebulous) due to its ability and part-Normal typing, which also makes it a good revenge killer to Mimikyu, being immune to Shadow Sneak. It is also able to handle the common Flying-types in the tier such as Crobat and Togekiss. (Instead of this, since it's not a great check to either, U-turn + Brave Bird hurts quite, and Flamethrower is boosted by Dry Skin. highlight its competiton with other Electric-types like Xurkitree and Raikou which are both better Togekiss checks, while Xurkitree is better at breaking bulky teams with Pokemon like Umbreon and Registeel)Grass Knot takes care of the common Ground-type switch-ins such as Gastrodon and Rhyperior. U-turn is preferred as it allows for a guaranteed pivoting option, while Volt Switch generates more damage output but can be blocked by common Ground-types such as Flygon, Steelix, and Nidoqueen. Hyper Voice is a nice STAB middle ground that hits Grass-types like Celebi and Roserade for decent damage and 2HKOes Flygon as well offensive Nidoqueen after Stealth Rock, but Surf nails Ground-types like 3HKOes Specially Defensive Nidoqueen and Steelix that wouldn't mind taking a Grass Knot. Focus Blast is a niche option that allows it to hit targets such as Incineroar, Steelix, and Registeel harder; however, the accuracy tradeoff makes it less reliable.(We don't need to explain that Focus Blast is unreliable) Heavy-Duty Boots enables Heliolisk to safely pivot the entire game.

Slow wallbreakers and set-up sweepers like Incineroar, Nidoqueen, Shell Smash Polteageist,(Not very relevant) and Nasty Plot Celebi appreciate Heliolisk's pivoting.(You could instead elaborate on specific targets it pivots on, like Steelix and Registeel) Water-types, in general, are also great partners as they take care of the Ground-types like Rhyperioir Nidoqueen (rhyp is owned by gknot)and Steelix that Heliolisk struggles to deal with when they are healthy. An example is Golisopod; it's a notable partner as it resists both of Heliolisk's weaknesses,(Golisopod is a poor fightng-type check, so this is kind of misleading, just specifically mention Ground-types and it hits Grass- and Ground-types like Celebi, RhyperiorNidoqueen, and Steelix which Heliolisk struggles against. Pokemon that prefer a Water- or Ghost-type switch-in also benefit off of Heliolisk. Metagross, Incineroar, and Heracross benefit off of Heliolisk's Water immunity, so they don't have to take a Scald. Metagross, Lucario, and Incineroar appreciate Heliolisk checking Water-types, and the former two also like Heliolisk revenge killing Mimikyu.(This is unnecessarily complicated, so I shortened it and Lucario>Heracross cause guts. I also specifically mentioned Mmq, as helio isn't really a good check to the ghosts and chande can just fire move meta and luc.) In return, they are able to take advantage of the momentum Heliolisk generates to break through opposing teams and soften Ground- and Steel-types such as Rhyperior, Steelix, and Registeel to give Heliolisk an easier time.(Rhyp is KOd by grass Knot and they're not really good at "softening" up the targets you mentioned, they just destroy or heavily damage them for the most part) In a similar vein, Gardevoir, Bronzong, and Celebi appreciate Heliolisk's Ghost immunity. Dhelmise and Chandelure are two Pokemon that exceptionally benefit off of Heliolisk's immunities, as they struggle to switch into both Water- and Ghost-types alike.

Heliolisk finds a use in RU as a fast pivot that can switch in on Water- and Ghost-types like Milotic, Jellicent, and choiced Chandelure due to its ability and part-Normal typing, which also makes it a good revenge killer to Mimikyu, being immune to Shadow Sneak. While it does somewhat check Flying-types like Togekiss, Raikou and Xurkitree severly outclass it in that role, and the former is better at breaking down bulkier builds and Pokemon, like Umbreon and Registeel. Due to its ability and typing, Heliolisk is a fast pivot in RU that can switch into Water- and Ghost-types like Milotic, Jellicent, and Choice-locked Chandelure and revenge kill Mimikyu. However, it is outclassed by other Electric-types like Raikou and Xurkitree when it comes to checking Flying-types like Togekiss, and Heliolisk cannot break down bulky builds and Pokemon like Umbreon and Registeel as effectively as Raikou. Grass Knot takes care of the common Ground-type switch-ins such as Gastrodon and Rhyperior. U-turn is preferred as it allows for a guaranteed pivoting option, while Volt Switch generates deals more damage output but can be blocked by common Ground-types such as Flygon, Steelix, and Nidoqueen. Hyper Voice is a nice STAB middle ground that hits Grass-types like Celebi and Roserade for decent damage and 2HKOes Flygon as well offensive Nidoqueen after Stealth Rock, but while Surf 3HKOes specially defensive(lowercase) Nidoqueen and Steelix. Focus Blast is a niche option that allows it to hit targets such as Incineroar, Steelix, and Registeel much harder. Heavy-Duty Boots enables Heliolisk to safely pivot the entire game throughout a match.

Slow wallbreakers and set-up setup sweepers like Incineroar, Nidoqueen, and Nasty Plot Celebi appreciate Heliolisk's pivoting. Water-types, in general, are also great partners as they take care of the Ground-types like Nidoqueen and Steelix that Heliolisk struggles to deal with when they are healthy. An example is Golisopod; it's a notable partner as it resists Heliolisk's Ground weakness, and it hits Grass- and Ground-types like Celebi, Nidoqueen, and Steelix which Heliolisk struggles against. In return, they are able to take advantage of the momentum Heliolisk generates to break through opposing teams. In a similar vein,(RC) Gardevoir, Bronzong, and Celebi appreciate Heliolisk's Ghost immunity. Dhelmise and Chandelure are two Pokemon that exceptionally benefit off of Heliolisk's immunities, as they struggle to switch into both Water- and Ghost-types alike. Psychic- and Ghost-types like Gardevoir, Bronzong, Celebi, Dhelmise, and Chandelure benefit from Heliolisk's Ghost immunity, with Chandelure also benefitting from its Water immunity. (Doesn't Dhelmise resist Water, or did you mean something else?)
