INTRODUCTION
I've always had a spark of interest in Hail teams, but every time I attempt to create such a team, it becomes a failure. It seems that Hail teams are quite hard to create in todays metagame AND be stable. I'm hoping that I will be able to create a good Hail team this time around. So here it goes:
Changes made will be in BOLD

Abomasnow @ Choice Scarf
Timid – Snow Warning
252 Special Attack – 252 Speed – 4 Special Defense
Blizzard
Grass Knot
Hidden Power – Ground
Shadow Ball
Abomasnow does his 1st job just by going out, starting the Hail. Putting Choice Scarf lets it out speed:
--Max Speed Neutral Nature (non Choice Scarf) Base -115-130 Pokémon
--Max Speed, + Nature (non Choice Scarf) base 112's and down
--Max Speed, Neutral Nature (Choice Scarf'd) base 80's and down
Abomasnow's move set hits (I THINK) 12 Types super effective (do correct me if I'm wrong), and everything for at least neutral. EV's are for Speed and Power, not meant to be taking hits and the 4 in Special Defense so that his Hit Points are an uneven number.

Rotom (Heat) @ Leftovers
Calm - Levitate
252 Hit Points / 136 Defense / 120 Special Defense
Thunderbolt
Overheat
Rest
Sleep Talk
Serves as a Status Absorber, Ground/Fighting Immunity, and Spin Blocker. Thunderbolt for STAB since no EV's are invested to hit hard and Overheat so that I can have SOMETHING to hit Scizor's that would otherwise kill my team. Considering Will-O-Wisp to give Physcial support to the team.

Walrein @ Leftovers
Bold - Ice Body
220 Hit Points / 244 Defense / 46 Speed
Protect
Substitute
Blizzard
Roar
Walrein, known as "Stallrein" maximizes the benefits of using Toxic Spikes by stalling out the opponent during the later parts of a battle to lead to a victory. I'm using Roar > Toxic and Earthquake so that I can have a (p)Hazer and to help reveal the opposing team. Blizzard is for STAB and to also hit Dragons that like to come in.

Tentacruel @ Black Sludge
Calm – Liquid Ooze
252 Hit Points – 220 Special Defense - 36 Speed
Toxic Spikes
Surf
Blizzard
Rapid Spin
SpikeSpin of the team. Originally Starmie, but Starmie couldn't absorb Toxic Spikes if the need were to arise in a cornered situation or lay down any kind of Spikes, so I switched them (and they both counter Infernape so it's all good =D). Blizzard is used to abuse the Hail even more while Surf is STAB that kills Infernape and friends. EV's are distributed to make it bulky.

Mamoswine @ Choice Scarf
Jolly - Snow Cloak
252 Attack - 252 Speed - 4 Hit Points
Ice Shard
Earthquake
SuperPower
Stone Edge
A new set I'm trying out with Mamo, hitting 426 Speed with Scarf it allows him to outspeed many of the things that would previously just come in and revenge kill him while he can do the same back now (Notable: Lucario, Heatran and Infernape). Although he's got Speed now, Ice Shard still over Ice Fang so that he can out-speed other Scarf'd users (like Gengar) and still nail them along with DD's (like Salamence) to ensure you still get the revenge kill. Earthquake is his most powerful STAB and is a must while Stone Edge and SuperPower provide the best possible coverage for him. This has been so successful it's not even funny.

Heatran @ Choice Scarf
Timid – Flash Fire
252 Special Attack – 252 Speed – 4 Defense
Overheat
Hidden Power – Ice
Earth Power
Dragon Pulse
Gives Fire Immunity and a notable resistance to Steel. Timid to out speed Max Speed, + Nature (non Choice Scarf) Base 140 Pokemon and down - well worth the missed out Special Attack for the Speed given. Set is just his best offensive moves on one set, Dragon Pulse > Explosion because I can kill Blissey already and the Kingdra relief it gives helps a lot.
Thanks.
