Hello everyone, Its my first time making a team, but i dont know if its good or what, i do get a win with it but ofc also lose, like 40/60 haha, So i hope you can help me

And there they are, Since its my first time, i kinda dont know if i lack something or not, but i probably have lots, i manage to stay atleast 1360 SS OU as my highest, and never manage to get into 1400, i hope someone help me to climb the ladder, I'll accept criticism too!
