ORAS UU Help Building a Sunny Day Team

So I'm doing something called Pokemon Turf Wars (hosted over on Reddit at /r/PokemonTurfWars) and I am in a position where I have to build a team using one UU Pokemon. All of my other Pokemon must be below that tier. I also can only use Pokemon of the types: fire, grass, water, and dragon (dual-types are acceptable f.e. I can use Delphox because he's a fire type). I want to build a Sunny Day team to meet these specifications. Since I've never worked with sun, any advice would be helpful.
