What I need help with however is how to actually make changes to the server so I can test out my new ideas and dip my toes into the field. Specifically, the change that I am trying to make is how to change the Type Chart in an attempt to make it more balanced. I have ideas to help balance the game, and I want to put them to the test.

I am aware that:
I don't know how to edit the TS File. It's supposed to be text code, but it looks like a video that I can't even play. I also tried Googling the answer, but every tutorial I see just tells me how to change TS Files to MP4 Fileswhich isn't what I want... Also, I have no idea how to actually CHANGE the server.
