Help for the Penguins(Empoleon OU Team Repost)

I had been wanting to make a new team for quite some time. I had adapted to the meta game quite well after about 5 months on shoddy. After looking at many RMT's I decided to make my own and see how good I am with a creating a team of my own. After alot of chatting with my friend, we came up with this:
TEAM OVERVIEW:

TEAM IN DEPTH:

smeargle.png

Smeargle@Focus Sash
Ability:Own Tempo
EV's:4 HP/252 Att/ 252 Spe
Nature:Jolly(+Spe -Sp Att)
-Spore
-Extreemspeed
-Endeavour
-Spikes

This guy is a really good lead as he can use all of the attacks in the poke world. Spore is for crippling thier leads and Endevour-Extreemspeed combo is to KO at least 1 Pokemon. Spikes is to inflict damage. I normally use Spore first then I use either Endeavour or Spikes then proceed on with the game. The EV's are pretty standard trying to get as much speed as I can but i was thinking about changing the attack EV's to Def or SP.Def.

celebi.png

Celebi@Leftovers
Ability:Natural Cure
EV's:252 HP/220 Def/ 36 Spe
Nature:Bold (+Def - Att)
-Thunder Wave
-Stealth Rock
-Recover
-Grass Knot

Celebi is an amazing Pokemon. With 100 all across its stats it can do almost anything. Ive made mine a crippler as it helps the empoleon sweep later. She cripples all the fast sweepers with T-wave and annoy the opponent. Grass Knot is for Killing Bulky Waters like Vaporeon. Recover is to gain back HP. EV's are pretty standard.
EDIT: changed HP Ice to Stealth Rock as it will be easier to kill the pokemon and i can cripple Salamance anyways with Thunder Wave
Playtesting for gliscor is going on

tyranitar.png

Tyranitar@Choice Band
Ability: Sand Stream
EV's:176 HP/252 Att/80 Spe

Nature:Adamant(+Att -Sp Att)
-Crunch
-Pursuit
-Stone Edge
-Aqua Tail

When in the right hands, this thing is a total beast. He is my trapper and power attacker. He also checks the best counter preventing my Empoleon sweep-Blissey. Pursuit is obviously to trap pokes,I prefered Aqua Tail over Earthquake cuz it hits everyone which earthquake hits except for maybe luacrio. Stone Edge and Crunch are for STAB.

jirachi.png

Jirachi@Choice Scarf
Ability: Serene Grace
EV's:80 HP/252 Att/176 Spe
Nature:Jolly (+Spe -Sp Att)
-Trick
-Iron Head
-Fire Punch
-Ice Punch
This guy over here is my Revenge Killer and Tricker. It is really powerful and trick ia also really helpful if u wanna get rid of the Choice Scarf to someone like Blissey to cripple em. Iron Head is to Flinch Hax em to death and the others are just for coverage. I prefered speed over attack for the nature.

latias.png

Latias@ Life Orb
Ability:Levitate
EV's:4 Def/252 S Atk/252 Spe
Nature:Timid(+Spe -Atk)
-Draco Meteor
-Surf
-Thunderbolt
-Recover
She is a complete Beast and by beast i mean it. She can hit anything really hard and Draco Meteor comes of a 140 base+STAB which is terrifiying. She counters Infernape who is a complete bitch to this team. Life Orb to boost the damage, and Timid over Modest to outspeed Infernape.

empoleon.png

Empoleon@Petaya Berry
Ability:Torrent
EV's:12 HP/252 Sp Att/232 Spe/12 Sp Def
Nature:Modest(+Sp Att -Att)
-Substitute
-Agility
-Surf
-Ice Beam

This guy no doubt is one of the best Late game sweepers in the OU category. I normally switch this guy out on one of its many resistences. Then while the other guy is switching or attacking(On resistence),I Agility and the Substitute till i have used it 3 times. Then when Torrent and Petaya Berry activate, Its just pure sweep. Its EV's are there to give some bulk on Sp Def and leveling the HP to make it Divisible by 4. Surf and Ice Beam just pure kill.

Changes will be in Bold.
Threat List is coming soon(anyone help me here??)

I'm pretty sure you'd rather have Stealth Rock over Hidden Power on Celebi. The thing is, Scarf Gengars and Scarf Latias CANNOT OHKO a Empoleon, sometimes not even a Substitute has taken away 25% of it's life. Now the thing is, without SR, you don't have any chance of even OHKO'ing that Latias that couldn't OHKO you. And you could always Thunder Wave the Salamence, pretty much insanely crippling it, then switching out to Tar or such, either way you'd take a hit.

Right off the bat here, I am seeing an enourmous Swords Dance Lucario and Heracross problem. If Jirachi goes down, then your in deep shit. The standard Luc with CC, Extremespeed, and Crunch wipes your team clean. Standard Heracross with just Close Combat and Megahorn will sweep your entire team. To solve this problem, I suggest you switch Latias to a Gliscor. Gliscor can replace anyone, including Celebi, if you want Stealth Rock on this guy.

Gliscor@ Leftovers
Sand Veil-You can actually use this ability now!
Impish nature (+Defense, -Sp. Attack)
252 HP/40 Defense/216 Speed

Roost
Earthquake
Stealth Rock/Knock Off
Stone Edge/Aerial Ace/Ice Fang

This guy is an awesome SD Luc and Heracross counter. Roost is your recovery move, while Earthquake OHKO's Lucario. For the third slot, use Stealth Rock if you replace Celebi, or Knock Off if you replace Latias. For the final spot, Stone Edge can be used to hit Gyarados, while Aerial Ace is the better option because it OHKO's Heracross. You outspeed Adamant Luc and All non-Jolly or Scarfed versions of Heracross with the EV's.

Hope I helped, and Good Luck!
