help improve battle tower team

im new to all of this competitive , ev training, battling stuff :)
This is my battle tower team i have made and it would be great if you could offer some improvements

This is my lead. I know that it should have natural cure but i cant be bothered to breed any more.

I don't know what item to give metagross and it should have adamant nature but neva mind. also wondering if it should have psychic stab?

Same function as metagross as a sweeper i think :S lol and yet agin do not know what item to give it
