XY OU Help making a team around Mega Metagross.

Hi guys, I really need help making a team around my Mega metagross. I haven't really used this mega before so I really need help in how to use it and a team to go with it .I also want to use my landorus-t on the team.

Mega Metagross
Jolly nature
252 atk/252 spd/4 hp
Moves
-Meteor Mash
-Earthquake
-Zen Headbutt
-Ice Punch

Landorus-T (choice scarf)
Adamant nature
252 atk/252 spd/ 4hp
Moves
-Knock Off
-U-turn
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge

So please guys leave suggestions on team members with these two.

It clearly states that:
"#1. Don't post incomplete teams, this means having all six Pokemon with EV spreads and moves;"
