Im new in the forum.
Im playing the 4th gen (HG), and im making a team, I allredy have 5 off my pokemons, but i undicided with the sixth.
I want a annoyer, so I make a selection. and dont know who the best optiom.
the options:

Meganium @ leftover
Trait: overgrow
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 Def
Impish Nature
- Synthesis
- Leech Seed
- Toxic
- Ingrain


Milotic @ leftover
Trait: Marvel Scale
EVs: 252 Def / 252 SDef / 4 HP
Impish Nature
- Recover
- Aqua Ring
- Toxic
- Confuse Ray

Clefable @ leftover
Trait: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 Def / 252 SDef / 4 HP
Impish Nature
- Moonlight
- Cosmic Power
- Toxic
- Sweet Kiss

If you think that is better optiom im listing or those can change to get better.
