Help me do an 7 gen team

Hi my fellow people , for my first post i would like to do a team without :
-Legendary or else like mew
-no ice type(hate the type )
-no Z moves
-no mega's
also it has to be a 3 pokemon team since im training in the fighting tree at the Last island with 3 pokemon maximum you can copy the post and modify it to make the team better change the move to the one that he can learn in game


2 nd gengar
talent :curse body
Nature : (to add)
Object:force belt
-shadow ball
-Will-o-the-wisp's
-destinity bond
-magic glow
this pokemon Will take down tank and the one that i can't deafeat before he does also set up the burn damages

1st togekiss
Talent: serenity
Object : coal
-light wall
-flash cage (gg trad source)
-flametrower
-air blade

Set up defense and kill constant healer and fire types

3 rd i dont know

Guys please help im bad at strategy so can you guys upgrade my team
