Help me!!! I need to modify my team to make it OU playable

Haha, its been a long time since I played and I nodice that alot has changed. one-third of my team is banned and my favorite move, double team is also banned. Please rate my old team as a non-compative team and help me make a new team out of the ashes of this one.


First up...

Swampert
EVs- 240 HP / 216 Def / 52 SpA
Nature: Relaxed
Item: Leftovers
Moves: Earthquake, Avalanche, Surf, Stealth Rock

My lead pokemon, a bulky water.

Next is...

Skarmory
EVs- 252 HP / 200 Def / 46 Spe
Nature: Impish
Item: Leftovers
Moves: Whirlwind, Double Team, Roost, Spikes

Physical wall and a phazer

The somewhat predictable...

Blissy
EVs- 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Spe
Nature: Calm
Item: Leftovers
Moves: Double team, Softboiled, Wish, Toxic

Special wall, that can poision you and heal it's party

After that is...

Salamence
EVs- 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Nature: Adament
Item: Life Orb
Moves: Dragon Dance, Fly, Dragon Claw, Brick Break

Physical Sweeper, nothing really anything else for it to do.

Than its...

Wobbuffet
EVs- 28 HP / 228 Def / 252 SpD
Nature: Calm
Item: Leftovers
Moves: Counter, Mirror Coat, Safeguard, Encore

Aaaaa.... Revenge killer? Also a anti-choice pokemon. Overall its a very scary pokemon but it is banned now, so I need a replacement.

Lastly...

Garchomp
EVs- 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Nature: Jolly
Item: Life Orb
Moves: Outrage, Sword Dance, Fire Fang, Earthquake

Another sweeper pokemon, but it also needs replacement...

I need help modifying this team so it would be OU playable, namely replacing Garchomp, Wobbuffet, and the move Double Team.

Please read the rules, rule 3 in particular. This thread is clearly breaking it:

3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.
