ORAS OU Help me, please! Rate/Improve my team

I'm new to the competitive scene and was just wondering if anybody could help me improve my OU team, all suggestions are welcome (within reason)

So here's the team so far:

Scizor-Mega (M) @ Scizorite
Ability: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- Bug Bite
- Aerial Ace
- Roost

Vaporeon (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Scald
- Ice Beam
- Wish
- Heal Bell

Landorus-Therian @ Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Def
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Knock Off
- Stone Edge

Hydreigon (M) @ Expert Belt
Ability: Levitate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Dark Pulse
- Flamethrower
- Signal Beam
- Dragon Pulse

That's the team I have at the moment, any help is appreciated :]
