Help me wth Tb1's wifi team.

This is my first post on smogon and I need some help from some very experienced RMTs on balancing out.

I have a Gamebattles.com team that went 46-4 with this.

I'm not entirely sure what blizzard is even doing on tyranitar, especially without Sp atk EV's. Care to enlighten me?
 
Right sometimes I use that against garchomp and gliscor but other than that it has no relative benefits. Care to suggest a replacement move? Crunch?
 
If you really feel the need for an Ice move, either redo your spread and put Ice Beam on over Blizzard or use Ice Fang. Both Ice Beam and Ice Fang can work on a T-Tar especially with T-Tars massive attack stat and Ice Fangs otherwise small base power.

As for Skarmorys item, How about a Shed Shell, or Leftovers to replace that berry? Unless it cures any status ailiment, a Lum Berry would suffice allowing you to shake off any status that's put on Skarm.
