Help my reasonably good OU team

I have been out of the metagame for a long time. When I was up to date, the Garchomp suspect ladder was made. So I decided rather than change my old team, make a new one. I made it in 5 minutes this morning and have been testing it out for hours and it seems to be good. I need some help from the experts though, because I am not very experienced. Here it is!

Team At a glance:

@ Choice Specs
Ability: Snow Cloak
EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Shadow Ball
- Psychic

This guy is the only Spc. sweeper in my team. All he wants to do is kill the opponent for not expecting him. He has a rather wide coverage but could be replaced.
---
@ Life Orb
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 64 Atk/192 Spd/252 SAtk
Naive nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Nasty Plot
- Flamethrower
- Close Combat
- Grass Knot

Everyone loves a MixApe. There is nothing wrong with a MixApe. Except that they kill everything. He sweeps through teams like there's nothing there.
---
@ Focus Sash
Ability: Forewarn
EVs: 252 Spd/252 SAtk/6 SDef
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Counter
- Lovely Kiss
- Ice Beam
- Protect

She is a good scout. Protect first move, then possibly kill with counter or sleep with lovelykiss. She doesnt really take a hit, which is good for counter, but bad for everything else.
---
@ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/86 Atk/80 Def/82 SDef
Sassy nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Gyro Ball
- Hypnosis
- Earthquake
- Explosion

Bronzong again. Allmost every team needs one and most want one. Explosion over SR because I allready have Shuckle for that. He is able to hypnosis or explode on the threats my team can't handle.
---
@ Life Orb
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd/6 SAtk
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Close Combat
- Extremespeed
- Swords Dance
- Crunch

Pretty much picks up whatever is leftover from the mess. Rips through them, espescialy with a couple of SD's under his belt.
---
@ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 6 HP/252 Def/252 SDef
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic
- Rest
- Encore

I like Shuckle because no one else has him. I have met one team with this team which has him. He might need some move changes though because he is allmost allways the last pokemon on my team.
---

And there is the team. I know I need all the help I can get. If there is anything, even the smallest detail that's wrong with this team or could be better about it, please say so.

Hi,

this team needs a lot of changes to be effective in the present metagame, I'll try to give you some suggestions:

1) You didn't specify what your lead pokemon is. If it's Froslass, then I suggest to replace her because most of the present common leads will beat her 1 vs 1 (Aerodactyl, Azelf, Metagross, Heatran and so on). My suggestion is to use Bronzong as your lead, replacing hypnosis (which has a medicore 60% accuracy again) with stealth rock (I know you have SR on Shuckle, but I'm going to suggest to replace it).

2) I suggest to replace Froslass with a defensive Vaporeon: Lucario and Infernape allow Gyarados to come in quite easily, so you need a counter for it. So:

Vaporeon@leftovers
nature: bold
EVs: 188 HP / 252 Def / 68 SAtk
-surf
-hidden power electric
-wish
-protect

Vaporeon counters Gyarados, Infernape and Heatran (among the others), which are all very common nowadays and can pose quite a threat to your team. Wish passing will also help its team mates surviving a bit longer.

3) Replace Shuckle: if you're looking for a reliable physical wall which can counter physical threats like Lucario and TTar, then use Gliscor. Shuckle is an invitation for pokemons like Scizor, Metagross and Lucario to come in and set-up and you can't risk an encore because they can all severely hurt Shuckle with their stab moves. So:

Gliscor@leftovers
nature: jolly
EVs: 252 HP / 40 Def / 216 Spe
-earthquake
-roost
-u-turn / stone edge
-taunt / knock off / toxic / stone edge

EQ and roost are standard, u-turn is useful for scouting and hitting quite hard things like Celebi which loves to switch in on the EQ while stone edge hits flyers, the last move depends on your preferences. Note that I suggest a jolly nature just to be sure to outspeed even jolly Lucario, which sometimes carry ice punch.

4) Replace Jinx: I don't see what her role on the team is, and anyway, focus sash is pretty useless with all the SR and sandstorm around (unless you use her as your lead). I might suggest several pokemons in this slot, but since I've already twisted your team enough, I believe that it's better that you choose another pokemon to place here.

Good luck!

I'm Agreeing completely with everything above Haunter has covered everything incredibly well. Definitely make those changes if you want to survive in the current Metagame

Don't listen to him. Shuckle is fine, he just needs a new EV spread. Maxing out Hitpoints is essential for two reasons:
1) High Def and Sp.Def is useless without enough Hitpoints to back it up
2) Seismic Toss and Night Shade

He is correct about Jynx, however. Stealth rock, Toxic spikes, spikes, sandstorm etc will all mess up your sash. For this team I would probably reccomend a Crobat, since your fastest pokemon is Infernape, with only 192 Speed EVs. Use this Crobat, unless you fancy getting raped by Starmie and Gengar:

Crobat @ Black Sludge
Hasty [+Spe -Def]
Inner Focus
EVs: 252Spe / 232 Att / 26 SpA
- Hypnosis
- Heat Wave
- U-Turn
- Cross Poison/Brave Bird

Brave bird is actually illegal with hypnosis since no breedable pokemon can learn them both. However, if you are on Netbattle, it will let you do it for some reason.

Ok Why keep shuckle He has no sandstream support and me and Haunter are definitely right. Seismic Toss rapes shuckle even with 252 HP. It's usless without sandstorm and is walled by steels as shuckle relies on residual damage ie Toxic to wear down foes. Taunt also screws shuckle and though its defence stats may look nice it's HP stat is horrific and it can't do anything for you go with haunter's suggestion it's much more effective and can counter the current metagame's biggest threats ie Lucario and Scizor.
