Well, I tried to use my old team on the suspect ladder, with a few tweaks here and there, but it just doesn't seem to be working. CMCune swept me a few times and I need a little help reorganizing my team.
I have made a few changes but help is appreciated.
Changes are made in BOLD.
Well, time to explain my team.

Aerodactyl@Focus Sash
Jolly
78 Hp/ 252 Atk/ 180 Spe
-Stealth Rock
-Stone Edge
-Ice Fang
-Taunt
My lead, or "suicide" lead as some may call it. Aero's job is to set up SR, and Taunt those setup leads. Stone Edge is a reliable STAB move, and Ice Fang is for those dragons which I can outspeed.
The 180 Speed EVs, which reach 375, are so that I am just faster than Weavile, who usually employs 216 EVs, reaching 374.
EQ may replaced another move upon your suggestion.

Magnezone@Leftovers
Modest and Magnet Pull
96 Hp/ 252 SpA/ 72 SpD/ 90 Spe
-Magnet Rise
-Substitute
-Thunderbolt
-Hidden Power Ice
The standard set, I believe. Nothing really to explain here. Magnet Rise against EQ users, Sub, and Thunderbolt and HP Ice for coverage.
The speed EVs given make it so that I am faster than Skarmory that use 4 speed EVs, giving them 177 Spe, while I sit at 178 speed, hitting them with T-Bolt before they roost.
I also keep this on my team because CM Jirachi is also running rampart, from what I hear. I would like him to stay on my team now, just like before.
---
Weavile@Expert Belt
Jolly
36 Hp/ 252 Atk/ 222 Spe
-Night Slash
-Aerial Ace
-Ice Shard
-Brick Break
Weavile is next in my time. Nothing really different form the usual. Pursuit isn't there because I think most people expect it, so instead I NS them in the face.
Expert Belt over CB for the freedom of switching attacks.
The Speed EVs are the same as Aero. Faster than the usual Weavile who employs 216 EVs.

Gliscor@Leftovers
Impish and Hyper Cutter
180 Hp/ 56 Atk/ 56 Def/ 218 Spe
-Roost
-Swords Dance
-Stone Edge
-Earthquake
Gliscor, improved. I first switch in on something that I wall, then SD up and attack with Stone Edge and EQ. I can still tank pretty well against physical threats, while hitting back hard.
And yes, I know this Gliscor was in a thread on the main page, but I just couldn't resist trying it out. For more explaination, please go here.

Spiritomb@Leftovers
Calm
252 Hp/ 118 SpA/ 140 SpD
-Shadow Ball
-Hidden Power Fighting
-Will O Wisp
-Pain Split
Spiritomb acts as the special wall of my team. EVs are so that I can survive a few Special Attacks, and Shadow Ball and HP Fighting for type coverage.
It can also function as a anti-spinner. Since I wanted Spiritomb to stop spinners, I made it accordingly.
Shadow Ball stops Starmie, and any other ghost types on the team. Will O Wisp is for those pesky physical spinners which I have some trouble with. Tentacruel may still be a problem though.
Pain Split is for healing up my STomb when needed.

Electivire@Expert Belt
Naughty
6 Hp/ 252 Atk/ 252 Spe
-Thunder Punch
-Ice Punch
-Earthquake
-Hidden Power Grass
This may look like your standard Electivire, but it has one thing that should scare Swampert......a 2HKO HP Grass!
Even with no Sp Atk EVs, HP Grass still KOs Swampert when it has 252 Hp/ 88 SpD.
Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, and EQ are for type coverage.
The main reason, though, that I'm using Electivire, is to counter CMCune. Without Vire, CMCune could tear through my team, and I think it still can...
---
And that's my team! Now I have some questions.
1. Aerodactyl, with Weavile on my team, doesn't really need to pack Ice Fang. Should I change it to Earthquake? Or another attack?
2. Depending on the changes made, Weavile may stay or go, since I already have a super fast, but not so strong pokemon. Let me know more on this decision later.
3. I can see a weakness to Gyarados once a few of my pokemon are gone, and I have no direct counter to it. I was thinkning Vaporeon could work, but CalmCune can use that as setup bait. Any suggestions?
4. The act of keeping certain pokemon on my team just to counter others really impedes its synergy (I believe). Is there any way to improve this team?
---
And those are all the questions I have at the moment.
Anyway, lastly, I am going to have a threat list. It may grow or shrink, but that all decides on how you help me. Thank you very much for your help. I really appreciated it!
Threat List:
-Gyarados
-Nothing else that I can think of at the moment
