Help needed - RMT

Alright, so I finally decided to register here and it looks like a nice place..

Please help me with my team, 'cause I know it's bad...

roserade.png
@ Focus Sash
Timid / Natural Cure
252 Sp Atk / 252 Spd / 6 Sp Def
~Energy Ball
~Hidden Power {Fire}
~Sleep Powder
~Toxic Spikes
My lead. Puts the foe to sleep, sets up Toxic Spikes, then swaps out or attacks. Energy Ball for STAB and HP Fire for Steel types like Skarmory and Bronzong.

ninetales.png
@ Lefties
Timid / Flash Fire
252 Sp Atk / 252 Spd / 6 HP
~Hypnosis
~Energy Ball
~Flamethrower
~Nasty Plot
Ninetales eats up the Flamethrowers thrown at Roserade. Sets the opponent asleep, Nasty Plot, then sweep. I may consider Fire Blast.

feraligatr.png
@ Lefties
Jolly / Torrent
252 Atk / 252 Spd / 6 Def
~Waterfall / Aqua Tail
~Dragon Dance
~Ice Punch
~Earthquake
Standard DDGatr. Ice Punch for Grass and Dragon types, EQ for Electric types, and Waterfall for STAB.

electivire.png
@ Lefties
Jolly / Motor Drive
252 Atk / 252 Spd / 6 Def
~Cross Chop
~Thunderbolt / Thunderpunch
~Ice Punch
~Earthquake
Takes the Thunderbolts from Feraligatr and sweeps. I threw in Thunderbolt for Skarmory.

gliscor.png
@ Lefties
Impish / Sand Veil
252 HP / 252 Def / 6 Atk
~Earthquake
~Ice Fang
~Roost / Taunt
~Knock Off / Stealth Rock
My support. Can set up Stealth Rock, Knock Off the opponent's item, attack with EQ and Ice Fang. Roost to recover and Taunt to well...taunt.

cresselia.png
@ Lefties
Modest / Levitate
252 Def / 236 Sp Atk / 22 HP
~Thunder Wave / Reflect
~Charge Beam / Psychic
~Ice Beam
~Moonlight
Cresselia is wonderful. Paralyze them, switch out if needed. Charge Beam to increase Sp Atk. Ice Beam for coverage. Moonlight to recover.

I know that an Electivire running Fire Punch, Earthquake, Thunderpunch, and Ice Punch ruins my team. But I made this team so help improve my prediction skills.

All help would be greatly appreciated.

you team seems very well balanced. some changes i would make though is to change cress' nature to bold, and give it calm mind. that would help survivability and what not. you should put some kind of a bolt-beam on it just so that it cant be completely walled. but main thing is to change nature.

thats about all i can say. your team seems great other wise.

I think it's pretty balanced.

Not sure you really need 2 sleepers though. Also, Toxic Spikes isn't going to do a whole lot, since there are quite a few levitators and steels in OU, so maybe having a stealth rocker replacing one of sleepers might be a good idea. Or maybe you can just let Gliscor stealth rock.

You don't have any steels, so no dragon resists, just as a note. Gliscor and Cresselia can probably stop them though I suppose.

Standard DDGatr is actually Adamant, and even if it's Jolly you won't need max speed. Suppose you stick with Jolly. You'll only need 192 EVs to outspeed Jolteon.

EDIT: O yeah, and Electivire doesn't need leftovers. Better to let it hold Expert Belt or Life Orb. Expert Belt is probably preferable.

WOW THIS TEAM IS GOOD, the only things I can think of off the bat are probably BellyZard and Tyraniboah. A very good team indeed. However lefties on all your pokemon except for Roserade isn't good. Lefties is basically only good on walls or bulky sweepers. None of your sweepers are bulky except for maybe Feraligator. IF late game cress is dead, Jolteon also rapes this team(E-vire I think gets 2HKOed by HP Ice), I suggest putting Life orb on vire and making it Adamant. This team looks like it could pull off a motor drived hit to vire. Also life orb 9tails so it can hit higher. Keep in mind, it is only UU. Be careful for Yanmega here, it sweeps also, but good team overall

Cool team. Feraligatr is a bit outclassed by Gyarados. He'd work better with Electivire too.

Ninetales seems rather out of place, but I'm not sure what to put there?

Life Orb on Ninetales would help a lot, or Wise Glasses. Life Orb on Feraligatr.

Expert Belt on Electivire for sure.
