Help on a Porygon-Z EV Spread and Moveset

I want to try using this set:

PorygonZ@
Adaptablility
-Ice Beam
-Thunderbolt
-Tri-Attack/Hyper Beam
-Nasty Plot/Recover/Agility/Psychic

I need to figure out exactly what moves I'm using.

Adaptability makes Tri-Attack stronger than Ice Beam and Thunderbolt unless they hit for super effective. Hyper Beam becomes a beast, that OHKOs just about everything.

I'm trying to decide what I use for the final move.

Nasty Plot makes him extremely unstoppable, if he can outrun whatever he goes up against. Recover gives him something to fall back on, however he doesn't have many defenses to support this move very well. Psychic takes care of fighting types, which would give this a big problem, but again, not that useful overall. Agility seems to be the best thing for him, if you can force a switch, you can speed him up.

I'm just completely lost with Porygon because of his huge moveset. Could someone help me out?

Post this on Ask a simple question, get a simple answer.
You can go with max SpA and max speed on that. If you use a Choice Scarf set, give it enough EVs for 270 speed, max special attack, the rest in HP. You can try Nasty Plot on the last slot if you need a late game sweeper.
