Hello!
So I found the Hazard Stall Team in the Pre Home Team Resources. I think this team is fun, but maybe could use some update...
So the regular Team was this:
Corviknight @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Pressure
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 248 HP / 200 Def / 60 SpD
Impish Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Body Press
- U-turn
- Iron Defense
- Roost
Dragapult @ Leftovers
Ability: Infiltrator
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Substitute
- Dragon Darts
- Hex
- Will-O-Wisp
Skeledirge @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Unaware
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 232 HP / 56 Def / 176 SpD / 44 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Torch Song
- Hex
- Will-O-Wisp
- Slack Off
Ting-Lu @ Leftovers
Ability: Vessel of Ruin
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 244 HP / 252 SpD / 12 Spe
Careful Nature
- Rest
- Spikes
- Whirlwind
- Earthquake
Toxapex @ Shuca Berry
Ability: Regenerator
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 248 HP / 140 Def / 120 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Surf
- Toxic
- Recover
- Toxic Spikes
Great Tusk @ Leftovers
Ability: Protosynthesis
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 244 HP / 208 Def / 56 Spe
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Knock Off
- Rapid Spin
The change I did so far was to exchange Dragapult to Gholdengo, to be able to complete block Hazards Removal also from Defog Users.
So I used the Standard Gholdengo Defensive Set with covert Cloak, to be able to handle GarganaCl as well as Corviknight:
Gholdengo @ Covert Cloak
Ability: Good as Gold
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hex
- Nasty Plot
- Thunder Wave
- Recover
However with these mons of course there is no Speed Control at all.
I also tried changing the aforementioned Skeledirge Set to the standard Smogon EV Spread with Tera Fairy:
Skeledirge @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Unaware
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 SpD
Serious Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Torch Song
- Hex
- Will-O-Wisp
- Slack Off
Still it is a problem to keep Hazards on the field and not get too pressured. For example I can block Great Tusk spin with Gholdengo and Skeledirge, but of course they are also week to Great Tusks attacks... So any help and maybe suggestions for the after Home Pokemon to Update this Team would be appreciated! Thanks
