Help wanted finding a 1v1 quote

I feel kinda out of place creating a thread

The quote is something along the lines of “1v1 is like Rock Paper Scissors except you can bring a machine gun or disguise your paper as a knife to beat scissors”. It was followed up by something like “anybody want to play Lando Blissey Clefable” - I’m not sure about the exact mons but I‘m pretty sure it contained Lando.

Either this quote is somewhere in the normal forum, part of the Quote Database, or a pin in a Smogon Discord server I’m in. The servers I’m in are Smogon, CAP, OU, OMs, and a handful of petmods. CAP 1v1 seemed the most promising but I already checked the pins there.

I just love this quote and would appreciate any help finding it.

yeah i bet he doesn't ask after me, the lazy fuck could barely be arsed to turn his head to talk to me. tell him i don't care whether he wants me back or not. i'm pursuing my dream of drawing furry pornography, amassing an enormous amount of wealth from it via tax evasion, and then retiring age 32 after being caught up in an enormous scandal

also not to be rude to our highly respectable and classy mods but I think moderating Smogoff would be like a £40 DLC 10th circle of hell
 
bumping this to give you fools one more chance to actually help, I never should have put this in Smogoff but I feel unworthy to make threads anywhere else

oh and by the way it’s possible this is on r/stunfisk although I’m not there often
